The location is easy to find and near to Busan Station. But the service of the staff weren’t bad, not helpful at all. Didn’t answer any of our queries, amenities were spoilt too like the laundry. This lady is the mostttt impolite during our stay.

I was upgraded to a premier twin room because there was a vacancy.
The power supply had a USB port near the bed. I was grateful because I came from overseas.
The toilet and bath were all very clean.
I was very grateful to the hotel staff for explaining things in simple English to me, who could understand only a little English and Korean.
There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, and it is very close to the station, so I was able to use it with confidence even if I was traveling alone.

Pros: Close to train station, friendly staff
Cons: Refrigerator does not work properly.. The water gets a little cooler in lukewarm water even though it is continuous , I can hear everything plugging into the outlet in the next room) / The bathroom has a lot of mold and the shower head is rusty.. / There are traces of mosquitoes on the wall..
The exterior of the hotel and the bedding aren't bad, but they don't seem to do laundry or anything like that.. If you pay more attention to cleaning, I think it will be a better hotel.

I thought it was okay after seeing the reviews, so I made a reservation in a hurry, but the soundproofing is really bad. I was banging upstairs from the next room, and it was on the road, so the sound of cars and mosquitoes...
I went to take a rest, but only more fatigue has accumulated. I'm not kidding about mold and scale in the bathroom. The bedding was clean, but hives came up in several places, and I have no intention of coming back again!!
