We booked two apartments through an Ibiza travel agency for 4 nights in August. Upon our arrival at the facility at 12.00 we had the first surprise ... our reservation does not appear; we contact the agency who assures us that everything is ok but the owner, who only speaks Spanish, denies it claiming that he hasn't received any payment from the agency and makes fun of us because we paid an agency without knowing where ours would end up money! We leave the matter to the travel agent and go to the beach. At 13.30 we are contacted by the agency who confirms that we can go to the residence because everything has been resolved. We return at 18 and here is the second surprise of the "pleasant gentleman" who informs us with a smile that the reservation is for only one apartment. We contacted the agency who, after several phone calls with the owner, managed to get him to recover our reservation and also the payment. The impression was that the "nice gentleman" enjoyed teasing us! We decided with the collaboration of the agency to move the next day and at the time of check out the "nice gentleman" asked us to pay the tourist tax for all 4 days despite the fact that we were leaving the structure after only one day. regarding the structure there is little to add to the other reviews I've read, it wasn't so much the old and shabby furniture of the premises as the stuffy smell and the internal heat that seemed to be in a bunker. Despite the initial complaint and the intervention of a "technician" (probably the owner's son), the situation remained the same for all 5 days. Comedy film reception hours, at 8 pm the shack and puppets closed and for any request they made themselves unavailable, despite the fact that we had repeatedly seen the staff wandering around the areas near the structure even after the times indicated above. The result is that I had to wait 2 hours outside the apartment because they couldn't leave me a spare key outside office hours. I hope that the money we gave you is spent on medicines.
