Excelente lugar para descansar com a família! Ambiente aconchegante, quartos grandes, camas confortáveis e grandes. O ar condicionado faz um pouquinho de barulho, mas para quem está com criança acaba sendo bom para disfarçar o barulho das atividades da area externa durante o cochilinho da tarde! O banheiro é bom, o chuveiro a noite demorava um pouco mais para esquentar, mas como não estava frio foi tranquilo! Otima área de lazer, com opção para crianças e adultos. O restaurante é bom, tem um macarrão muito gostoso feito na hora!! O bar é bom, mas poderia ter mais opções de tira gosto! A funcionária Maria é muito simpática e proativa no atendimento! Parabéns! No geral, gostamos muito e voltaria mais vezes!

Pela as visitas anteriores caiu a qualidade dos serviços das acomodacoes. Por exemplo as piscinas, sombrinhas. Nos apartamentos tive que reclamar do chuveiro que sai água quente nas dois registros.............,.............. .......... .......

Não dei nota máxima, pois os travesseiros possuem a espuma ruim, o que me gerou muita dor nas costas, ao ponto de só conseguir dormir após tira-los da cama. Porém, o clube do hotel Privê Thermas é excelente. Calmo e limpo! Comida boa e restaurante organizado. As sobremesas não são como gostaria.

O hotel é muito agradável. Piscinas deliciosas. Teve uma animação na área da piscina, com os tios Leleko e tia Beca que agitou a manhã. Super animados, engraçados, educados. Aproveitei com minha mãe de 77 anos. E ela também amou. Café da manhã completo e jantar delicioso. Recomendo.
