Atendimento maravilhoso, a limpeza é impecável, tanto no quarto quanto nas áreas de convivência, o lugar mais incrível que já nos hospedamos aqui em Caldas. A comida no buffet é muito bem feita, cheio de opções. Os funcionários são todos muito educados e eficientes, sempre nos tratando com sorrisos.

Quarto limpo e arrumado, comida maravilhosa, pessoal prestativo e eficientes, o sistema de som não agride, estacionamento seguro, piscinas limpas diariamente, ambiente familiar, bar molhado, sala de jogos, quadras de tênis, recreação para crianças.

Todo o staff comprometido em dar o melhor. Capricho nas refeições e no atendimento em geral. Quartos grandes e limpos. Quadras de tênis e Beach tênis acompanha o boom desse segundo esporte. Animadores de piscina, bar Acapulco e aguas quentes repostas diariamente garantem a saúde e qualidade da água e seus clientes.

Hotel simples, Modesto. Ultrapassado. Piscinas grandes. Os quartos necessitam de reforma, vários sinais de paredes estufadas, humidade, móveis antigos. A cama é confortável. Os banheiros são escuros, a louças cinza chumbo e o chão tbm. Pagamos R$70 por pessoa pelo jantar. A comida era razoável, nada de mais. As piscinas são grandes e aquecidas a 33C.
