Close proximity to the airport, shuttle required a call to the concierge

The surrounding area of the hotel is very desolate. If you catch the next day’s flight, you can spend one night here. The restaurant in the hotel is not bad. There is a happy hour every day. The room is spacious and the bath is very good. Noisy sound insulation is not very good

Nice and close to the airport and consistent shuttle pick up and drop offs. You can hear hallway noise as people walk by and are talking.

No one was at the check in desk when I arrived so had to go over to adjoining hotel. Room was ok but very noisy. Heat was so loud and make a non stop ticking sound. I finally turned it off about 2:00 am. Heard doors slamming all night and left at 4:30 am for my flight and no staff in site. Really poor experience and would not recommend.

This is our go-to hotel for occasional staycations. Roof top hot tub is nice and the food at the Tonic restaurant is elevated. One of the best hotel breakfasts out there!

Our trip was very good, it was last minute and we considered staying another night but we had to get back to our dogs so not this time, unfortunately.

I had to adjust the date of my booking due to a highway closure, and since I booked through ******* it was a bit of a process but the hotel was amenable to the change without an extra charge. My room smelled bad, and the carpet wasn't clean. The first night there were people speaking loudly in the hallway all through the night, I was awoken several times. The restaurant staff were lovely and the coffee was good at breakfast. I wish there were more choices for the complimentary breakfast.

I am a returning guest and everything was as i had expected, nothing to complain about, except the breakfast service. I was sitting for more than 20 minutes in front of an empty coffee cup without a refill. Only after I had signalled the waitress to please do what was her job I got a refill. Quite disappointing!

Room was very nice, except the lighting in the bathroom, and the little make up mirrors was not sufficient

This time we had just one water bottle and we were really thirsty, next time please ensure to leave enought water bottles, other than that, everything was amazing as always.

Close to YYC, shuttle, quiet, fairly new, on-site good restaurant with local beer and food. Breakfast included. Fair price.
