"The staff were always smiling, friendly, and incredibly kind throughout my stay. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and made dining very convenient and enjoyable. The only minor issue was that the drain in the bathroom didn't flow very well. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. I enjoyed a nice view of downtown from my room, and the location was perfect, with convenient Uber access to many places. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Far from the best hotel, but more or less clean, the beds are comfortable. There are a lot of migrants, a strange contingent. Breakfast is good, there are waffles, omelettes, yogurt, etc. Basically, that's enough. There is own parking, one day it was difficult to find a space, other days it was free. Compared to other hotels in Calgary, the prices are still ok, although in our opinion, it should be cheaper"

"There were only three front desk staff members to handle all guests, and this was the first time I've ever experienced calling the front desk over ten times with no one answering. If they are understaffed, the management team should focus more on team building rather than providing such a terrible experience for guests. Besides the abysmal service, here are a few other points to consider: 1. Rooms face two directions. If you're unlucky enough to get a room facing the machinery and the tarmac, falling asleep will be impossible. There's absolutely no soundproofing; it was the worst experience. Even rooms facing the other direction have noticeable airplane takeoff and landing noise, so this hotel is not a suitable option for light sleepers or guests looking for a good rest. 2. You need to request all amenities like the kettle and disposable toiletries from the front desk in advance. 3. Wi-Fi costs extra for non-Marriott Bonvoy members. 4. Room service incurs an additional delivery fee on top of the service charge. 5. The overall customer service team has significant room for improvement in their communication skills and methods with guests. This was my worst Marriott hotel experience ever."

"The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the Calgary Tower. 15 minutes drive from Prince Island Park chinook center 30 minutes drive We booked the two nights separately An oversight when booking for the second night I booked a shower room. It was a different room type than the bathtub room the night before. The front desk said I need to change rooms. I planned to extend my stay without having to change rooms. Call Ctrip and thank the girl who coordinated with the agent and hotel within half an hour. Let us stay in the original house It's a pity that I forgot to ask for my job number When booking a hotel, Ctrip is your first choice."

"The hotel's interior bathroom style was really impressive, very creative. Perhaps because we arrived late, there weren't many staff around, and the person who checked us in didn't give us breakfast vouchers. We had a bit of trouble with breakfast the next morning, and since we were rushing for a flight, it wasn't ideal. Overall, though, our stay was quite comfortable."

"My husband, son & I stayed here for one night. The location is great. It’s near to restaurants, the city and airport. The hotel is pretty clean and so was our room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. The water park, swimming pool and hot tub was a great amenity which my 7 year old enjoyed a lot. We didn’t have problems with parking either. For security the elevator also operates with your room key card. I would recommend this place. However, the room didn’t have a microwave and breakfast isn’t included."
