Veramente modesto, no ascensore, riscaldamento non adeguato, scaldino per il bagno guasto, camera su strada molto rumorosa, arredamento datato, colazione imbarazzante, no ascensore, il personale ci prova ma non si va oltre... Passata una sola notte

Hotel 3 stelle molto pulito, personale cordiale e rapporto qualità,/prezzo top. Situato in centro storico vicino a negozi e ristoranti.
Se dovesse ricapitare di ritornare a Caltanissetta lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione.

Sono stata solo 1 notte. L albergo è ituato bene ed è molto carino, con piccoli margini di miglioramento. la mia stanza era ampia e comoda e dava sul prospetto principale. Grande gentilezza e accoglienza della proprietaria, struttura molto pulita.

Notte passata al freddo e al gelo, sembrava un sogno invece era la verità Notte da incubo, una piccola pompa di calore insufficiente per scaldare la stanza. Bagno senza riscaldamento e a Gennaio ti passa la voglia di farti la doccia. Scappato dall'Hotel la mattina presto. Esperienza da non far vivere a nessuno

Soggiorno da incubo, struttura appena mediocre, personale con scarsa professionalità e poco disposto a risolvere gli innumerevoli problemi che una struttura fatiscente può causare agli ospiti. Stanze fredde e senza alcun tipo di riscaldamento, acqua gelida, tanto da non permettere di usufruire dei servizi igienici della stanza. Per concludere meglio passare una notte in macchina che alloggiare in questacstruttura.
