Cambridge House Hotel

When I checked into the hotel, I discovered that it was a small hotel with the door closed. I rang the doorbell and waited for more than ten minutes before someone opened the door and asked me to pay a 50-pound security deposit online because I was worried that the towel would be stolen. After paying, you still can't get in. You have to go in at three in the afternoon. We asked to store our luggage first and were told that there would be a service fee of £15 for storing our luggage before and after check-in. So we had to pay a service fee of 30 pounds to store our luggage. After checking in, I found that there was no toilet paper in the room. I was looking for someone in the pantry downstairs (there is no front desk at all), and I couldn't find someone in the laundry room in the backyard for a long time. There was no hot water in the room, and the sink and toilet almost overlapped. There was a black throw blanket on the bed, but I really didn't dare to use it.

我在攜程上預訂了一家酒店，然而，一切在我到達酒店的那一刻就變得一團糟。確認郵件中提供了兩個電話號碼，但任何一通電話都被直接掛斷，或者是顯示不正確的號碼。到達酒店後，發現大門緊閉，敲了半天門也沒有人應答。 最終，我通過在寒風中等待了將近二十分鐘才聯繫上了酒店。然而，即便是取得聯繫後，我得知居然沒有提供密碼，而我卻發現酒店的門口是密碼鎖。在一番費力的交流後，終於得到了密碼，成功進入房間。 房間的狀況更是讓人無法忽視。明顯是違法改建的小小空間，狹窄的過道和台階讓人感覺像是爬樓梯登頂教堂一樣困難，根本不適合住户攜帶行李。 更加令人無法容忍的是，酒店的退房和取回行李的流程極其不合理。退房時間竟然在十點之前，而取回行李居然需要提前打電話獲取密碼。由於口音不清晰，我不得不多次撥打電話才能成功聯繫，幾乎因此誤了火車，造成了精神和財務上的巨大損失。 這次入住經歷讓我非常憤怒和失望。作為客户，我對於這種服務質量感到無法接受。我希望攜程能夠對這次糟糕的體驗進行調查，並採取措施確保其他顧客不會再經歷類似的困擾。
