Aparthotel Can Picafort Palace

Absolutely fabulous family holiday! Would highly recommend! Travelled in August as a family of 4 with 2 children aged 3 and 6 and loved it so much have booked to return next Summer. The room was a great size for the 4 of us, we especially liked how the kids had a seperate single sofa beds each rather than having to share a double in previous hotels we've stayed in! Room was cleaned 5 out of 7 days with towels replaced. The restaurant served a great selection of meals and we all found something that we liked each evening! The children enjoyed helping themselves to all of the deserts! It was a bit like a canteen during busier times but suited us as we were in and out! Great location only a 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. The water was nice and shallow so perfect for the children. The evening entertainment wasn’t the best we’ve seen but the mini disco was enough for the kids and the team worked really hard all day ( we loved water bingo). All in all the perfect chilled holiday for us and we can’t wait to return!

All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues. All in all was satisfying

My husband became unwell 2 days before we were due to go home - staff knew this as the day before we left I phoned reception and asked for clean linen so I could change the beds - so the lovely friendly cleaning ladies didn’t have to come into the apar**ent as my husband had flu like symptoms . When I phoned that say I also asked what time we had to vacate the apar**ent - I was told 14.00 hrs . The day we were leaving J rang to book a taxi for 4 pm- when I went downstairs to get done water I checked with the receptionist that the taxi was booked and that we could stay in the room until 2pm - she said no 12 o’clock, I explained that my husband was unwell and that I was told 1400 hrs and could I pay for a few more hours ? She was very brusk and dismissive and said no the the hotel was full. This was the older grey haired receptionist - I don’t know her name as she had no name badge and no form of identification ? I asked where my husband could lie down and she suggested the sofa in reading room above reception , so my 6ft 3 inch husband had to lie on a very small 2 seater sofa in an open noisy area - with people passing by . As a nurse I cannot believe this is the way you treat your guests and that you make no provision for such a situation in such a large hotel And that this has never happened before and your staff are not trained to deal with unwell guests ? I found this receptionist very unhelpful & uncaring and feel she certainly needs some training in good customer service and hospitality . She could take some lessons from you fantastic cleaning staff who were charming and worked really hard every day and are an asset to your hotel - it’s a shame your front of house staff are so poor. This spoiled a really lovely holiday - 3 weeks on my husband has recovered from his viral illness , however we won’t be back to visit your hotel again

Spent a week here with my partner half board 12/9 - 19/9. What can I say. Fabulous hotel. Great size suite, very clean. Lounge, full equipped Kitchen, large bedroom & bathroom with bath with shower. Quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Rooms soundproofed with upvc double glazing, anti slam doors, carpeted hall, so no click-clacking of heels on tiles. Comfortable big beds We really enjoyed the food, plenty of selection at breakfast & dinner. Entertainment was of a decent standard and the staff were all great. Will certainly be going back to this hotel again in the future.

Felt at home. Extremely nice people working here. Just one thing missing.... coffee after diner. Good eye for all visitors. Beautiful rooms, sea view and upcoming sun in the morning. Loved it so much that I could stay for a month.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location. Aircon was super, worked very well Beds are comfortable. Pillows could do with replacing and the matresses in the sitting room could do with replacing. Food only ok, everything was very basic and also quite greasy. Walls are super thin so can hear all the neighbours.

The Apar**ent was good size and very clean. The breakfast was ok and dinner was good despite not including water or soft drink..??. Disappointed with the fact that despite the advertised parking on their website there wasn't as the parking facilities are maybe some 30 "parking spaces" that have the width of a car hence everyone using a space and a half otherwise they could only leave their car via the boot. There was also free wifi advertised on their website but when got to the hotel it was chargeable at 3 euros a day. No fire blanket in the kitchen and neither a frying pan , just some pots... The water tasted foul and even to brush our teeth we used bottled water. there wasn't even a bar of soap in sight in the bathroom , just some poor quality shower gel. A 4 star hotel that unashamedly false advertises their services on their own website is not a place I would stay again. I like to leave the rental car in a safe and secure parking , expect free wifi despite having my own , and a better service level for a 4 star.

The hotel is fine, the room, the pool, the food, all is fine. This hotel has a problem in the buildings on the right side of the pool. They are too hot as the sunlight hits them all day long. The air conditioning works fine but still the curtains do not block the sun enough. They should change the curtains so as to block the sunlight more. This affects both the temperature and the fact that early in the morning you get too much sunlight inside the room even if you try to block it completely with the curtains.

Great location, moderate sized room with A/C. Nice pool and kids activities. There is also a gym and indoor pool. Had no issur parking a car at the hotel parking. Fast check-in and out as well. You will also find a hanger on the balcony wich is nice.
