The cockroaches in this hotel were as lively as those you'd expect to see scurrying out of a Guangdong sewer! A metal hook was crudely taped to the wall and fell off, narrowly missing my foot! The non-Japanese staff member of color at the front desk displayed an extremely rude attitude, which I found to be blatant discrimination. I will be filing a formal complaint with your headquarters!

Overall, this is a pretty clean hotel. The room was spacious and quite new, perfectly adequate for two people, and the bed was also a good size. However, its location is a bit far from Yokohama Station. You'll need to walk 5 to 10 minutes to Shin-Yokohama Station first, then transfer trains to Yokohama Station. The price was very affordable; at just 208 for one night, it offered excellent value for money. Plus, the Ramen Museum is conveniently located right next door, where you can enjoy making your own ramen and explore the exhibits.

Good location hotel, walk few minutes from Shinyokohama station 🚉 & just opposite is this hotel. Easy us next day catch early Shinkansen 🚅 to Nagoya too. We can shop or dine at Shinyokohama station easily. Also Hotel nearby many restaurants & shop. izakaya 🏮, cafe or Aeon maxvalue, family mart and Lawson just walking distance. You wouldn’t get hungry anytime 👍🏻 clean room, staff is friendly can speak English Will come back will stay this hotel again 😊

The room was compact, but the facilities were very well-arranged. Shin-Yokohama Station is just a pedestrian bridge away. I really enjoyed the shopping street right next to the hotel. With plenty of convenience stores nearby, I didn't opt for the hotel's breakfast.

Overall the hotel is good. Many restaurants nearby. Two Lawson are just around the corner. The window view is good.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall quality was excellent for the price. The meals were tasty and well prepared, making the experience even more enjoyable. A very good value and a place I would gladly return to.

The room was clean, though a bit cramped. The service, overall cleanliness, and other aspects were all excellent. The breakfast was also quite decent. The self-service laundry only had two machines, which meant I had to keep checking multiple times to find one available to do my washing. However, having laundry facilities on site was still very convenient.

The room I booked was great, conveniently located very close to the venue. It was very clean, though quite compact – I couldn't even fully open my 28-inch suitcase. The front desk area was quite small, but surprisingly well-equipped with a microwave, a vending machine, and a self-service dispenser for complimentary toiletries. Providing disposable chopsticks right next to the microwave was an incredibly thoughtful touch, truly demonstrating that excellent service lies in the small details.

Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Shiryokohama Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. Easy to walk and not get lost. The service of the staff is very good, whether it's the front desk or the housekeeper. The bedroom is clean, comfortable, and of a good size.

On the second floor, hot and cold water dispensers are available, and the washing machines are equipped with silver ion sterilization for enhanced hygiene. The hotel boasts an excellent location with Matsuya and Sukiya restaurants nearby, an Aeon Supermarket, several convenience stores, and a drugstore. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also very good, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It's perfect for a multi-day stay, and Shin-Yokohama Station is just a five-minute walk away.
