My family, friends and I had a great time. Staff was excellent. Food was good. Drinks okay. Clean and very entertaining. Dining and shopping near the resort was great.

For being a franchise hotel I am disappointed. I Been to Cancun 5x and tried different hotels all the time. This is the first one I can say was the WORST! There’s No room service, food on premise was nasty, you had to warm up your own food in a microwave at the snack bar. I had to go 4x to the l front desk because the room key card didn’t work. Don’t come here!

Everything was great!!! except one person who works in the buffet area was rude trying to remove my plate when obviously I was still eating that was very disrespectful

We just returned from a 6 night stay in a beautiful junior suite and had a wonderful time. The staff were always smiling and very accommodating. We had trouble with our safe and once reported to them, it was fixed immediately with little wait time.
Having read some other reviews, we had concerns about the food, but we found it very good. If you can’t find something you like at the buffet, then you must be extremely picky! The choices were endless. We also ate at the restaurants and enjoyed them all.
The activity staff were great to talk with and always made sure you knew what was going and when.
The housekeepers were constantly cleaning the community areas and public bathrooms, which were always well stocked and clean.
Our favorite hangout was the Corner Bar, but the other’s were also nice. The bartenders hustle, especially at the pool bar! The daily cocktails were delicious, but watch out for the Adios-Goodbye, it’s so good but will sneak up on you! lol

Maintenance was very prompt!!!
The beach was fantastic!!!

This resort is absolutely beautiful and staff are attentive to all the fine details. Check in with Ramses was flawless and we got a room with fabulous views. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool / beach were clean with staff such as Joshua tending to your needs every moment. The entertainment staff made sure to include you in all events including Charlie and Rebecca. food was plentiful and there was something for everyone. The spa was very relaxing with an amazing massage. Highly recommend this resort!

My first time staying at a RIU hotel and I had the best experience!! Starting with the staff super friendly and helpful the hotel itself is very clean and the lobby has been remodeled. The food was 10/10 just wished the food was labeled if it had pork.. the rooms need to be updated but over all the rooms are big very spacious and the shower has shampoo and body wash in case you forget your own. I will definitely keep coming to this hotel or other RIU properties

Wish the food was better and that they had reservations so you weren’t stuck with a wait. On the upside, they brought up a nice, small bottle of tequila and decorated my room for my birthday. Staff is great and everything is clean. Amazing views and location.

The resort was easy to get around, in and out. One pool was the 'fun' pool, the other side was more quiet, which was nice to be able to choose which one to go to. The staff was very friendly and fun. We will go back!
