We stayed twice in total, and we went back to the United States to do errands two days apart. When we checked in the second time, we took back our luggage and found that there was no iPad and keyboard. I didn’t call the police, because it might have been picked up by the room service and I planned to ask the manager the next day. I waited for a few days and didn’t reply, saying that the room service didn’t see the ipad and keyboard in the room, and said I took it away when I left last time. Implying that I lied, we were very angry, and Ctrip customer service responded to this matter, we asked for early check-out, we didn’t want to stay in a dangerous hotel that steals guests’ belongings, Ctrip helped us and the hotel to apply for check-out and asked to check the lost ipad and keyboard , and then a female manager called me to ask me what color the ipad was, and then gave the ipad back to me. The lobbyist found it on the same day as the room service. I thought it wasn't mine. I said there was a tracking system. I couldn't find the exact location when it was turned off. She kept making excuses and said she thought it wasn't mine. It was outrageous, because Ctrip reported to the hotel management that I could get it back. I'm in a bad mood about this, I left the room and locked the boxes, and I won't check in again.

The WORST hotel. Stay away! It is very limited “all inclusive”. The food is awful! The rooms are dirty and any things are broken. The staff always say NO for any and everything you ask of them. Literally stay anywhere other than this or the SANS hotel.

This is a Horrible hotel. Its Dirty, old, smelly. Horrible food both in buffet and nightly dining. Drinks water downed. Bathrooms are dirty. This hotel is a scam and waste of money. You can find so much better places to stay in and enjoy than here. The only good thing here is there main pool.

We had a lovely stay, best value for money. There was always something to do. Food was amazing, the beach was great, was safe for our children of 8, 10, 12 years old to wander around, the staff very nice and pleasant. Lots of shows, cultural immersion. All in all a very enjoyable experience!

HORRIBLE..ALL INCLUSIVE IS A SCAM. YOU WAIT IN LINE AS TO GET FOID AND DRINK. ONLY ONE BARTENDER IN HUGE BAR WITH ALWAYS 20 TO 30 PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE. PROPERTY WAS DATED AND POORLY MAINTAINED AND DATED. ONLY 3 ELEVATORS AND ONLY ONE WAS WORKING. RENTED 2 ROOMS ..BOTH HAD TOILET FLUSHING ISSUES . MAINTANCE SAID THEY " FIXED" THE TOILET ISSUE BY SHUTTING OFF WATER TO TOILET. LEFT PROPERTY MID VACATION THE CONDITIONS WERE SO BAD.
