I recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, surrounded by the sea on three sides, the scenery is beautiful, and the twin beds in the room are large enough, which is very suitable for families with older children. The hotel's meals are also good, including French restaurants, Italian restaurants, Mexican restaurants, American restaurants, and buffets. There are many choices and they taste very good. The key is that our flight is at 7:30 in the evening. After we checked out at 12 o'clock, the hotel allows you to continue to use all facilities, including meals. This is very humane, thumbs up.

The hotel is in a good location! It's right next to the shopping mall, and it's very convenient for eating. Although there is no beach, it is very suitable for going out to scenic spots, and it is cost-effective

I recently stayed at a beachfront resort, and it was amazing! The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the balcony offered stunning views. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!

Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that.

Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

Overall it was good! Some of the front desk staff had average attitudes, probably because there were too many guests. The staff in other places were good! Including the doorman, they would take the initiative to call a car and move luggage. However, the sea view room I was given did not have a sea view from the front. It was the only room with only half a balcony at the corner. It seems that Ctrip's negotiation ability is not strong, and the proportion of Chinese tourists in Cancun is still relatively low.

Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

We had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one.

Plus $50 per night to upgrade to a high-rise terrace sea view room. Let's start with the advantages: 1. The staff's service attitude is super good, which is very important for an all-inclusive hotel. 2 The view is great (high-rise sea view room), the beach is invincible, there are different programs every night, and the sense of vacation is full. 34 bar cocktails are really not inferior to paying bars outside.
Disadvantages: 1. The sound insulation is very poor. It can be said that there is no sound insulation. The walkers can speak through the 3cm gap at the bottom of the door and can be transmitted to the ear without any difference. The sound of the TV next door or even a loud fart can be clearly heard. 2 The food is really average, probably at a level that can be eaten, and it has absolutely nothing to do with deliciousness. 3 The decoration of the room has a sense of age, probably the grade of the home in China, which is almost meaningless.

The room has a view of the sea, and is very close to the shopping center and the commercial center. The swimming pool on the top floor has a beautiful view. The service is thoughtful, meticulous, enthusiastic, and very safe. It is convenient to take a taxi and a bus. I am very satisfied

WWEIDONGInvincible sea view, invincible location and beach, you can snorkel directly at the hotel's own beach to see 10 species of fish, each species is a group of groups. The waves are very gentle and swimming is safe. Good food, good service, the hotel is very elegant and face-saving.

RRakeshjyotisalesStayed 5 nights. Very lively and party vibes. Food is average buffet is horrible like canteen food. Staff is good. If you tip well they remember your choice of food and drinks. Cocktail are good. If you want to relax then not a good choice but if you want party 16 hours constantly then it is right choice. Advise to management pls improve food quality and variety and room amenties

GGuest UserI had a problem with my reservation and it was all chaos, but Trip is responsible since it was a mistake in the reservation, they charged me two times and according to the reservation it was already all-inclusive, they did not include the children and the reservation indicates that children under 12 stay free, we included 4 and they charged us for all four

KkwanI booked 3 days and paid all the money online, but the hotel also said that I did not receive the money for 3 days. I was asked to pay the room fee in cash every day. I contacted the customer service. I said that I would contact the hotel every day. Going to the front desk, the hotel insisted that it did not receive the money and could not be refunded. This hotel and trip.
