Satisfactory in general, room is tidy, have 4 lifts, just quite slow for the lifts, others are good

The gym was in a very run-down condition. The food served on the 2nd floor was not tasty at all.

Staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. Waited quite a while to have the room available though. Also, the pool wasn't cleaned often enough. Other than that, great stay!

Hotel was at a good location perfect for planning tours and close to the waterfront and many places around the staff were friendly and accomodating breakfast was amazing loved the variety of food room was okay I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers. The view is amazing from the bedroom overlooking the mountains from all directions

Can this hotel be removed from the platform? If there is no hot water supply at night, can it be called a four-star hotel? Can the parking fee be called a four-star hotel? Samsung hotels are better than this

Average 3-4 star hotel. Dated needs some updates to get it up to standards. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Not in a safe neighborhood of Cape Town. Very noisy all the 3 nights we stayed there - people in other rooms and streets partying up till 3 am in the morning. Would definitely not recommend it.

We stayed for three nights in April 2024 as part of a tour group arranged by Exoticca, through their local partner, Amazing Africa. We found this to be a wonderful, centrally located hotel to stay in for a few nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout, delivering first class service. The rooms were clean and sizeable, with comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room. We had a buffet for breakfast each morning, with a great selection of dishes to suit all tastes. A special mention for Yolanda, who always had a big smile and was very friendly each morning. We ate in the bar and restaurant twice during our stay. We had flatbreads on one occasion and a beautiful mezze platter on the other occasion. There was also a good selection of reasonable priced drinks in the bar.

We had the most delightful stay in this hotel. The staff are so welcoming and could not do enough for us. Our room was perfect with a fantastic view over table mountain. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to both the city centre and waterfront areas. There is a supermarket next door for essentials. The hotel is great, breakfast is plentiful, the omelettes a big winner. There is a small pool and loungers to avail of. LAHEERA the guest relations lady is on hand to help with travel and tourist tips and is more than happy to assist with reservations (she might even get you discount lol) . She was WONDERFUL!! Special mention also to Nolan, Bradley, Joseph, Morelove, and ALL the porter and reception staff whose names I have forgotten but whose warmth and friendliness we have not!
