Hotel Villa Brunella

Villa Brunella is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Everything here is exceptional. Rooms are lovely, the property is beautiful, staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the new restaurant, L'Agave. I would not stay anywhere else on Capri. Villa Brunella is simply the best.

Great service from the staff, beautiful hotel, location was great and well appointed. Wonderful restaurant. Pool was great. Breakfast in morning was great. Easy access to many sights, town center was close by and easy to get to all restaurants

Hotel and views are absolutely spectacular. Rooms are large and spacious and balcony was huge with a beautiful view. Breakfast was perfect as was all the staff, especially Lily. Area is away from the crowds but a close 10 minute walk. Cannot say enough about this hotel and its staff. Book it now!!

Stay here when visiting Capri!!! I read many reviews about many of the 5 star resorts in Capri & Villa Brunella kept sticking out because of there 5 star service that I read in almost every review. The reviews were 100% correct the service you receive at this hotel is something so special that you do not see anymore. You feel apart of the family the second you check in & they go out of their way to help you. Breakfast every morning was fantastic & you have the same staff every morning and they are beyond wonderful. One thing that would make people choose another hotel would be the way the rooms look old & let me tell you the room was not old at all. They keep the Italian design but the room is very upgrade no show of ware & tear. The cleaners clean your room 2 times a day & do the most amazing job i've seen at a hotel in my years of traveling. If you are in between this hotel & another do yourself a favor a choose Villa Brunella! Also it is walking distance to the famous Fontelina Beach Club! We went on Sat & Sunday & it was amazing. Super nice to be able to walk there. The flowers in the picture they got for the moms at the hotel for mothers day I thought that was a thoughtful touch. Thank you for an amazing stay! Wow! Villa Brunella was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Our private balcony had an incredible view- we just wanted to sit on the lounges and stare. The staff were so kind and helpful, making reservations for dinner and massages. (Lucretzia is so kind and sweet and always smiling. We really enjoyed talking to her) The restaurant had the most incredible views as well, and breakfast was so relaxing, sitting around the pool. We would love to come back ! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Words can’t describe this special place with the most incredible staff from the front desk, pool staff and wonderful housekeepers! Their attention to detail was perfection. We stayed in a classic room with a partial Seaview with a lovely private terrace with sunloungers, umbrella and table & chairs. Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious with a super comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Nice size bathroom. We had dinner in their restaurant which was the best meal we had on the island. They gave us the best table and truly spoilt us! We made some lovely friends at the Brunella and have already booked to come back and stay longer next year! Pure Magic!

My partner and I stayed at Villa Brunella last week. It was my second and his first time to the island. From the moment we arrived everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We didn’t believe our luck when we were shown to our room, apparently it is the best in the hotel (Number 55) and it did not disappoint. The views were insane and the every time we pulled back the curtains was a special moment. We had made most of our day club/ restaurant reservations prior to coming to Capri however we were blown away by the ‘pull’ of the hotel. At every venue we had the best table, and after looking around we noticed that other guests of the hotel dining in the same place also had the best tables. I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence but this happened at over 5 of our bookings. We ran into some people who had tried to book La Fontelina for months to no avail, when they told the venue where they were staying (Airbnb) they got no reply. Where as when we went for about 5 minutes they couldn’t find our reservation and just said don’t worry Villa Brunella just come in. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely and the roasted fish with potatoes and tomatoes was an absolute highlight, best fish we have had. I forgot to mention the pool area is awesome, as it’s a small hotel it’s never crowded and has a very chill atmosphere perfect for couples and small groups All the staff were so lovely, my partner especially loved Danillo (I hope I spelt that correctly) he was always on hand to help and had a positive and fun energy. All in all we had the most magical three days here and when we return next summer we will make sure to stay for longer.

This is a beautiful hotel - we had a lovely large room with a large terrace overlooking the garden and the sea (room 47, garden view room). The service was really great, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, helping us with restaurant recommendations and reservations ahead of our stay, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel is very good value for money considering that Capri is an expensive island, and this is right on the via Tragara, one of the most exclusive areas. The restaurant is also very good, with a lovely view, although it was the most expensive meal we had on the island. The only downside to the hotel is there are a lot of mosquitoes, even in the day, so come armed with deet and cover up if, like us, you are sensitive to insect bites. The hotel provide a mosquito repellent plug. Of course, the hotel can’t be blamed for this, and most locations in Capri seem to have the same issue if you are dining outside near trees and plants, but it’s worth knowing before you arrive. We spent 6 nights here and would definitely recommend staying here if you stay in Capri.
