Horrible place, the hotel is terrible. It starts with the lock on the bedroom door being completely broken, the horrible room with the very old, dirty and broken furniture. The walls are grimy and dirty, the curtains too. The bedding was dirty and smelly, the floor was dirty. Anyway, my husband and I couldn't even stay there, we had to change hotels after 20 minutes of staying in this environment. The dangerous location. Anyway, all the photos on the site are lies. It's pure deception. I took several real photos of the place. Do not believe any photo presented about this hotel.

Terrible hotel!! Avoid this place, bad location (historic center), dirty room, shabby reception, no bathroom if someone who checked out wants to, reception full of mosquitoes, very bad breakfast!! Few options, in short I don't recommend it, there are other much better hotels at the same price.

Overall stay was peaceful. Establishment requires more attention to facilities. Mattress was not good. Old air conditioning and lack of cleaning.

I went for work and really needed to work with the Internet during my stay. Practically throughout my stay I was without Wi-Fi without the situation being resolved.

Most of the attendants are not very helpful, they take a long time to answer calls and some are rude, the place needs repairs, in my room there were broken things, including a cockroach, I had to ask 3 times for a pillow and the TV didn't work

After 6pm, you can't go out, it's very dangerous, unless you call a taxi and stop at the door. Wifi, terrible.

The stay was very good, but I have some observations. The room is older than the photos make it seem and the breakfast is not that plentiful, although it is good. It's good to be careful with expectations. That being said, as it is a cheaper stay option and the location is good, it ended up being worth it. I recommend it if you just need a place to sleep and need to save money.

Simple room without Queen bed as stated in the advertisement. I really liked the gas shower!! Weak breakfast. Torn and stained sheets and dirty floor.
