View from hotel room was amazing. Booked the deluxe room and was very satisfied with size of room and storage compartments. There was a separate fully-equipped shower/bathroom and separate toilet with bidet. Only problem is that wi-fi is very weak where we were (14th floor), unable to do some work that needed to be finished but in the communal areas in the lobby/ground floor it worked amazingly. Cleaners only speak french however they’re very nice and always restocked mini bar/bathroom whenever needed. Location isn’t very accessible, there’s only a mini grocery store (bim) about a 3 minute walk away.

The location of this hotel is not bad, there is a parking lot, the room and bathroom are big enough, very comfortable, and the facilities are still quite good. It's just that the service is too bad. When checking in, I asked the lady at the front desk if I was assigned a twin room. She said there were only double rooms. It was not until I pointed to the order that she changed it to a twin bed. When I went to have breakfast in the morning, all the tables were dirty and not cleaned. Even if there were empty tables, people could not sit on them. There were used tableware on them. If you want to eat, you can only clean the table and get the tableware by yourself. It's too self-service. 😵💫. Also, they cleaned the room very late. On the first and second days, we came back from playing and came to clean the room at four or five o'clock in the afternoon. On the third day, we went back to the hotel to rest at around two o'clock in the afternoon. Seeing that the room was not cleaned, we went to the front desk. No one came until after four o'clock, so we had to go out for dinner first. After dinner, we returned to the hotel. It was 7 o'clock in the evening, and no one cleaned the room. This means that they simply didn't clean it.

The hotel staff is a bit cold, but the hotel facilities are good and the price/performance ratio is very high. The location is good, and it is a 20-minute walk to the beach. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby, and the food is very good.

The breakfast was average, the service was poor, and the front desk was slow to respond.
I asked for a pair of slippers, but they didn't give them to me after waiting for 2 days. I asked several times, and they finally said that the hotel didn't have slippers.

Ordinary business hotel level. The room is spacious enough. There are not many facilities. There is nothing special. The service is warm and commendable. It is recommended to stay on a high floor so that you can see the whole port. The buffet breakfast has few choices and the taste is very average.
