One Hotel Casablanca

I was charged city tax at check in despite being paid to via *******. When I questioned I was told to check with *******. I contacted ******* and was told that someone will get back to me. Which they never did. Overall bad experience. The only good part was the buffet breakfast.

While the staffs are trying to mitigate the shortcomings of the management, the management is doing little to improve the experience for the guests. Our room 105 had roaches that we had to squat in the bathroom and ask the bell boy to remove it. One of the bed sheets had hair and the other had stain on the side and in the middle. The TV was so dusty that it wasn't clear when the last clean was for that room. The location of the hotel is in a shady street. If you are looking to get good experience in Casablanca, you are better off with a different hotel as the pictures here are misleading.

Hassan at the front desk, zakaria and all the staff are 5 stars. I have yet to meet hotel staff as nice as they are. They went out of their way to make sure we're comfortable and taught us how to call and use taxis without being ripped off. Frankly, they were the highlight of this stay. The hotel itself is decent but nowhere close to 5 stars, maybe more like 3 stars. The location is not touristic. It's safe but not the best location. I would certainly consider staying here again if i were visiting for business purposes and mostly for how nice all the staff were. No exceptions.

Terrible experience, this hotel is a scam. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this is probably the worst experience. This is not a 5 star hotel, not 4 stars either. This is more in category 2 or 3 stars. Terrible service, no desire to provide service. There are lots of hotels in the area, this should be the last resort if everything else is full. But do not pay in advance, then you will be scammed, be careful. I booked this without checking carefully and later discovered that there are many people who have bad experiences. Unfortunately, the hotel is as feared and I do not wish anyone to make the same mistake and therefore want to warn. The hotel will probably respond to this review with some lies, that's what they do best.

We stayed here for 5 nights and got to experience several room types. The 6th floor was the cleanest while the rooms on the 2nd floor wasn't clean to say the least. The breakfast was the best thing of this hotel. The staff was attentive and did their best to make us feel at home.

My experience here was incredible first of all it’s beautiful, much nicer in person the hotel staff was super friendly over all it was a really pleasant stay. Will definitely be back next time I’m here I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Casablanca

FLOODED ROOMS AND COLD WATER! WATCH VIDEO. I stayed there in December. It took them 24 hours to fix the water in my room as it was FREEZING. This was after I asked them several times. But I wish they did not fix it because I took a less than 10 minute shower in the morning and the whole room was FLOODED. There was water under my bed and under the sofas. My suitcase had water all over it. It took two people to use big wipers to clear the water, that’s how flooded it was! I was so embarrassed that me and my family had to go through this. The staff members accepted that it is not my fault and this should not happen. However, the hotel management has not given me a single penny back as a refund. They are so shameless. They were very quick in taking payment from me, but my check in was delayed by one hour. They have not given any compensation for the flooding.. maybe this is because it must happen often and they think it’s okay to blame a guest for taking ‘too long’ in the shower (my shower was less than 10 minutes). The hotel clearly does not care about the nightmare experience me and my family had as they only care about holding onto their money. They have no morals and management actually blamed my shower being too long. I have now read other reviews who have also gone through the same thing. How is a less than 10 minute shower too long and how does it justify a flood in the room? STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other options in Casablanca. I hope you don’t allow this hotel to ruin your holiday memories the way they ruined mine.

I think the staff here are lovely, they were all really friendly, helpful & very hospitable; based on this alone, I would give them 5 stars. However, that is the best part of my review. The hotel is near to some very loud establishments where you experience noise disruption all night, you can’t open the windows because of the loud music (sometimes it felt like there was a nightclub in our room!), shouting and the sheer volume of traffic. The shower flooded every time I used it, which was disappointing. There are ants in a lot of the rooms. The location of the hotel is grubby, feels unsafe and I wouldn’t want to travel around alone. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.
