Very friendly and helpful staff, great location

The service attitude is very good, but there is no elevator. It is not easy to go out to play with a big box for children. Breakfast is only opened at 8 o'clock in the restaurant next door😅

A hotel with a good location and pleasant service at the reception, there is a transfer to the airport for 28 euros. The hotel rooms are small, in the window of the terrace of the neighboring shopping center and in your window you look at the legs of other people, and they look out the window at you. In the shower mold. Bottled water is chargeable. Breakfast in a cafe downstairs in the same building. In general, the level of the hotel is two stars.

The location is perfect! In the middle of a walking, very nice, shopping district in old town. Exceeded my expectations and a great value too!

The team is so polite, cheerful and helpful, the reseptionists and the driver. Only bad thing is hotel is not so clean. Very central.

From the hotel entrance to the exit, I would like to express my gratitude for the attention shown by the reception, restaurant, and transfer service staff. The hotel's location is especially beautiful, the rooms are clean, the staff service quality is high, and the restaurant operation is very successful. It was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend it to those considering staying.

The rooms are small and cheap/ old style furnished There is no restaurant and you need to go at the La Boutique, next door. The bathroom conditions are unsanitary (mold on the corners in the shower and on the grout of the tiles, dirty shower tap)

Overall stay was fine. Reception v good and breakfast was great. Room was not particularly clean and was only ‘made up’ rather than cleaned during the day. Was in one of the top floor rooms and it leaked when we had a period of heavy rain. Hope that is rectified. Bed not the most comfortable, pillows in particular I struggled with. Could be personal preference though.

Fantastic location and friendly front desk staff... we loved our stay here. Easy to walk to the fortress and to restaurants/bars/coffee shops.

The location and hotel were perfect. Check in and out went easy and quickly. It is located in the middle of all the happening.

Friendly staff, and nice rooms. We had the room with the balcony, and it was so nice to sit there in the evening. My sister had a single room which was also nice. There is coffee machine in the room and a minibar. Restaurants and stores next door. We also got massages in the room and a late check out. Thank you for having us, we hope to return someday!
