Bed was very hard. Hallways are not air conditioned. No iron available and area is just ok but walking distance to stores.

Unica cosa positiva la vicinanza alla stazione e alla Reggia di Caserta. Il personale alla reception è presente sono in orario di colazione. Ogni volta che si vuole entrare in albergo occorre suonare il campanello, peccato che nessuno abbia mai risposto e pertanto per entrare ogni volta ho dovuto chiamare un numero. Sul bancone della reception ci sono le chiavi delle stanza con sotto un bigliettino con il nome dell'ospite, privacy e sicurezza non contemplate. Stanza che affacciava sulla via abbastanza rumorosa, malgrado la porta del balcone chiusa, moquette per niente pulita, carta da parati di stoffa abbastanza polverosa, mini frigobar non funzionante.

Ottima soluzione, comodo vicino alla stazione di Caserta,alla Reggia ed alle vie del centro città con negozi di tutto e di più e con tante soluzioni per pranzo e cena! Prezzo ok,colazione abbondante,camere insonorizzate e pulitissime,personale gentile e disponibile!

All’arrivo non troviamo nessuno alla reception, chiavi lasciate sul bancone ed abbiamo dovuto parlare con la reception attraverso un citofono, letti scomodissimi ed al check out mi vengono aggiunti dei soldi per il soggiorno (non tasse di soggiorno) senza una causa giustificata dopo che mi era stato concordato il prezzo tramite email…vergognosi…non consiglio assolutamente

Personale gentile e disponibile, camere piccole ma pulite, bagni molto piccoli, colazione nella norma. le stanze dotate di condizionatore e ristrutturate da poco. Ho dato tre stelle perchè, essendo sulla strada, è rumoroso anche con le finestre chiuse

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per lavoro, già alle ore 19 non c'è nessuno alla reception, ti aprono se suoni al campanello a cui spesso non rispondo e sei costretto a chiamare ad un numero di telefono. La stanza nulla di eccezionale. La colazione è scarsamente assortita. Direi non un hotel da 4 stelle

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel. Posizione perfetta Centrale, vicino a tutti i comfort. Le camere molto carine anche se piccole, ben pulite e molto accoglienti, la nostra aveva anche un balcone che affacciava sulla strada...e nonostante il forte rumore che c'era fuori, all'interno della camera non si sentiva assolutamente nulla e questa cosa è veramente spaziale! Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. L'unica pecca, la colazione un po' troppo scarsa.
