Beautiful place in the middle of the vineyards. The spa and outdoor pool are amazing. I really enjoyed the food at the outdoor restaurant, which design is great, but I would recommend early booking for dinner, even if you stay at the hotel. Really friendly staff.

We enjoyed so much the Maison Verchant and wanted to experience the Domaine de Verchant… and we cannot hide our disappointment in terms of accommodation and restaurant experience. The breakfast, the spa, the bellboy remain at high standards… but the room is so old (mattress too much used, not enough light in the bathroom, a leaking bathtub…) even tough we received a free upgrade. We had dinner at the La Plage - the apéritif was average but the staff was too busy, the starter was decent, the main course too dry and the dessert acceptable. As bread lovers, we were disappointed as it was so dry we did not finish it. The atmosphere in the room was spoiled by a very noisy wedding lunch - why did you not privatize the room for this event?

Lovely place, Beautiful and nice people, I recommend it ! We went there this spring, as part a trip in south of France. This place is definetely worth it, and the massages at the spa are just amazing.

Extremes noisy at night Chaotic and very slow staff mostly Didn’t feel welcome even though €800 a night. Great vibe by the pool and music night Despite these negative comments we would make a third visit.

It’s a heartwarming thing to choose a hôtel purely on the basis of location only to find that it’s really a bit of a gem. We had an eight night stay at the beautiful Domain de Verchant, set amongst its own vineyards and parkland, only a few kilometres outside historic Montpellier. The rooms were both charming and well appointed , the food in the two different restaurants was really very good and the spa/ pool areas are quite wonderful with first rate facilities. However, it is the professional and friendly service that sets this hotel apart . Under the General manager, Jean-Pascal Picolette, thé team show their dedication and pleasure in looking after their residents, whether it be serving a poolside sandwich or a 5 course fine dining meal at their superb restaurant Marcelle. Thank you all at Domaine de Verchant for creating such an enjoyable family holiday. Mubariz Hussain

The domaine is situated just outside of Montpellier. Beautiful gardens surround the living quarters. The hotel room was fantastic. It has all the amenities one could wish for. The construction site next door, for a new annex was less pleasant. The domaine boasts two restaurants The dining experience in the restaurant Marcelle was absolutely amazing l. Very creative fashion of presenting local, seasonal produce. The resaturant la plage was a great disappointment. Don’t eat there.
