Great location & beach, average to ok service.

Good food and drinks, beautiful location

Large but dirty double room, old structure, acceptable food. Nice staff. Working wifi. Very calm.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SERVICES IT PROVIDES. COULD IMPROVE MORE

The lack of materials throughout the country has led to insufficient supply of hotel food and other services, and the overall service of the hotel has declined

We have traveled all over until we found Iberostar Daiquiri in Cuba , we just won't go anywhere else now. The amenities are the same you will find at most resorts , the beach is as beautiful as you will find , the food is as good as you will find in Cuba , the rooms are nice and clean , the entertainment is what you can expect at any resort. The difference between this resort and the others is the Staff ! All of the staff. These are some of the most genuine , friendly people on the planet. We are always greeted with a big smile and friendly hello every time we even as much as passed by them. The Bar staff , the pool staff , the lawn crews , the managers , the wait staff , everyone. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy and having a great time. My buddy was a little apprehensive about going to Cuba for the first time and asked me " How safe is Cuba ? " I told him " the biggest threat in Cuba will be the two of us Canadians at the pool bar staring at a bottle of whisky " I cannot wait to go back.

I had an amazing experience at Iberostar Daiquiri. The customer service was outstanding, the pool and grounds were impeccably clean, always looked after. I was pleased with the food and service in the dinning hall. Alexei, Michel, Becy, Yakelyn to name a few, were absolutely fantastic providing phenomenal service. They went above and beyond to insure that our dining experience was top notch. Aselia, Marianela, Kevin, Adrianna, Yaneisy, Lio, Ernesto, Richard, Marcel, Luis, Tito, Marley, Sammy, I could keep going as appreciated all of the staff, are assets to the Iberostar family.

I can’t say enough about this incredible resort!! The staff are absolutely incredible and make you feel like family. We loved every minute of this vacation. The entertainment was top notch and the food was great each day/night. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and it was never an issue finding an area to park ourselves for the day at the beach and also at the pool. Hot water every single day and the rooms were kept very clean. A huge thank you to the staff that made this vacation so awesome. Marbelys,Alden,Gaby,Asiel,and Yunior. All in all this was the best vacation we have ever been on. We will be returning for our wedding next year with the entire family! Can’t wait to see you all again!

The most amazing trip! This is my boyfriend’s and I’s second time to this resort and we are so happy. We love the people, the entertainment staff are EXCEPTIONAL. They go above and beyond, they are so personable, caring and inclusive. We are already looking on when to return again. Thank you to everyone, including staff in the restaurants, lobby/pool/beach bar. We will never forget you and this vacation and thank you for making it extra special ❤️

The shows were fantastique. The food was very good. Concerning drinks I was always able to find options, but they were most of time out of certain items such as Tonic, Orange juice and white wine. At the least I always had beer and rhum! There’s a lot of animation at the pool, at the beach and evenings at the lobby. The beach was beautiful, but take note that at Cato Coco there’s a lot of marine life. Therefore, marine plants at the bottom about 12 feet from the shore. I had an amazing time snorkeling with the fishes under the peer and look for star fish through out the bottom marine life. At Origin Iberostar Daiquiri you have access to a peer, if you go all the way to end you can jump in the water and swim with the fishes. So refreshing! You could even swim further and reach the sand banks, beautiful. Overall the resort is very clean, employees are working everyday on the landscape. To conclude, I’ve went to many resorts around the caraïbe in my life, here I’ve met the most loving people who made this vacation experience fantastique.

This is the second time that me and my partner have visited this hotel and it was such a beautiful experience once again! The receptionists were always so helpful with any of the questions that we had throughout our trip, the Lobby bar always welcoming us each morning with iced coffee and smiles. Throughout the day we spent majority of our time at either the beach hanging out with Richard & Ernesto, while at the pool we had the probably the most amazing entertainment each afternoon with Sachay, Julio, Carlos & Marbelys always making sure we were having fun, dancing and winning prizes. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and always make sure to spend time connecting with all of the lovely workers who want to ensure you have an amazing vacations

I stayed in Iberostar Daiquiri from May 16th -May 23th. I'm not someone who normally writes reviews but I would like to share my experiance. PRO: 1. Plenty of food -- but flies were everywere. 2. Evening show was very nice, we enjoyed watching all perfomances. That was the best part of this resort! 3. Staff were super friendly and nice. I donated toys and children's clothing to some staff and they were so greatful. 4. Beach was beautiful, great for snorkling. CON: 1. Strong chemical smell in the morning in the buffet restaurant. Not sure if this was a cleaning agent or something to control the pests. The smell was quite strong and caused me to have a dry cough for several days. 2. Fumigation practices. I saw some resort staff with what looked like blowers spraying in the morning. Couldn't this be done late at night or very early before guests start arriving for their morning coffee? At the very least, warn guests ahead of time when fumigation will take place. 3. Low flying plane appears to spray mosquito pesticide. Twice around 7am a low flying plane appears to be spraying for mosquitos. Once again, please warn guests that this will take place. 4. One of the beds in my room had ants. 5. Bed sheets had blood stains. 6. No bottled water for the duration of my stay. 7. Towels had stains and not replaced daily.

One of the best experiences of my life , perfect for a honeymoon. The beach is amazing with the white sand and clear water . The service is top notch . A special thank you to becky at the buffet . And kenny with the catamaran experience . They’re the sweetest ever . Totally recommend .

I recommand this hotel 100%! Employees are very friendly and the food is tasty. It's an amzing experience, all day long. Alot of entertainment and music. If you come to Iberostar, its a must to go meet Julio at the towel stan. He will take care of you, if you want something he will make it happen (excursions, etc.) During the day you'll be entertained by Sashy, she will make sure all is having fun and brings the energy. She is also back for evening shows and keep all entertained. This hoyel is fun, lots of entertainment, smiles, energie, and the most important you feel just like home.
