I has been visiting this hotel for second time and I really love it and the people make it a wonderful place spend !!! The entertainment staff is excellent and dancers team ... Lisdania , Julio , William, Yadi , Muñeca and Susu. Rafael at the beach bar, Danny at the buffet and Nelson at the lobby bar are amazing!! Ah yes I like the food and drinks !!! So the people in this place is the best one

The animator Danny was amazing . Working hard and funny 😁😂. He really made us laugh . He is creative in finding ways to be able to communiquate and is speaking mutiple language . Vraiment amusant et essaye de communiquer dans tout lea langue

Is the first time in Cuba and my family and I are in love with this hotel 💙💙💙!!!! The entertainment staff is excellent with great activities at the beach and pool with Lisdania, Julio, William, Ray, Ariel, Erick , Andy, Dany and Yadiv The food and drinks 🍹 is good Rafael at the beach bar is very nice

Great resort, we truly enjoyed the amazing beach 5/5 and the hotel as a whole. Truthfully, this is a really nice place and a very hospitable group of employees. A special shout out to the following people who made our stay very pleasant: 1. Omar, bartender at the lobby bar 2. The two gentlemen at the Mojito Bar who truly made the vibe very pleasant and created such a pleasant atmosphere. 3. Mildrey from the Cuban Ala Cart, she was very pleasant and gave us a true Cuban experience 4. Angel, the server at the buffet, very professional and always made sure he had everything we needed 5. Many thanks to the Cuban staff for their hospitality and for working their best with the resources available to them. Folks, if you are a snobby person, Cuba is not for you. You will not find the Bahamas/Mexico or the Dominican amenities/food/room qualities here. Cuba is more for humble people who are willing to overlook certain details and understand the consequences of an embargo. If you decide to come to Cuba, trust me as a person who has traveled to many places around the world, do come to this resort, its really nice here. We will definitely come back to this resort when we visit Cuba.

First time visiting Playa Cayo Santa Maria Cuba. I really liked the team work and kindness of all the staff specially the entertainment team is excellent Thank you Lisdania, Willian, Andy, Yasser, Ray, Arole, Muñeca The food is excellent Rafael Ariosa The best bartender ever. He is so kind, respectful and professional. Thank you Rafael for making our visit enjoyable and playing lovely songs.

This hotel is not a 5 * , it’s more likes 2*. Food is terrible the hotel room cushions had mould and they put these cushions on the bed🥴. Don’t expect your sheets to be changed daily . Expects to be tipped although the service is not good. The service is generally poor
