Mattress too old, the pillow got stain dirty never change. Toiletries the shampoo is dirty. When goto reception to complaint the staff is rude. Ask to change bedroom can't assist include trip.com can't help. Hairdryer request only needed 16 hours to get it. Breakfast is bad. The bed has bed mites.

The reception are really welcome, the room not big but it’s enough and clean. The area near by the town of jakarta. I come here with family and it’s really convenient

It's not bad. The location is very good, suitable for business trips. The hotel toilets are clean and the price is affordable.
Service: The front desk staff are very nice and will try their best to accommodate small requests.

It's good, but the entrance is a bit messy with a lot of cars. But the room is very quiet. The cleanliness is still questionable because I saw bugs in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is very strategic in the center of Jakarta and very close to shopping centers and malls
