Conveniently located near metro station with ＜ 10 mins walk with several restaurants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable with big wardrobe. Breakfast is wide spread too. When the hotel staff told me that I can box out the breakfast due to early morning checkout, I was delighted with the service. They took record of our room number and check out date / time. However, during check out, the breakfast was prepared and the staff said that it was not in their record. It was disappointing 😔

Excelent hotel. Quiet, good service, friendly personnel. Very close to El corte Inglés mall. Close to San Sebastian metro. Great breakfast. I discovered the pancake machine the last day ;(. Great quality. Recommended.

Nice and friendly hotel. Modern amenities. Breakfast somewhat limited in choice, orange squash isn’t really acceptable for such a 4 star hotel but it appears to be a common thing in Portugal.

The hotel was affordable and good quality and it was situated very well within walking distance of a metro station. The room was confortable however the bathroom was very tight and the walls thin as paper. Breakfast was very good and tasty with a large selection of different options. The service could definitely have been better but we did appreciate immensly the early check-in and late check-out which were made possible to us.

Good position, clean, decent breakfast. Walls are kind of thin indeed, so some conversations you will hear. Not a massive dealbreaker in my opinion.

The hotel is a slightly outside of the city Center but good breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. Nice staff and Free water. Sound insulation needs to be improved...

THe hotel serve good breakfast. It is beside a park which is nice. Very near the metro and taking a taxi to town is not far.

Hotel it's good but we don't have good experience , first when we check in they said we booked only for one person but in my booking paper it's says for 2 people and we booked double bed and I make sure in the note for double bed but they give us two twin beds and they just put them together with very bad views and an early morning the house keeping crew make cleaning in the next room with so much noise banging the vacuum very loud like she was very upset and my husband had to go out from our room and told her she make a lot of noise!! the buffet staf for breakfast they're just like a walking dead no smile and not greet the guest just busy with their own thing , breakfast it's average nothing special. Overall the hospitality of the crew it's bad 🙁

You can ear everything that happens on the hallway and the room next door. The bed was not confortable at all and for a 4 star hotel is a bit strange that not even a bottle of water was offered
