Absolutely great stay. Clean and stylish room, all the facilities very impressive. Rooms, very spacious and lovely interiors. Food was delicious and great value for money. Excellent hospitality shown by staff and the entire team exceeded expectations with their attentive and efficient service and set very high service standards.

We stayed at Fortune Dalhousie for two nights. We were a group of 9 people and really enjoyed our time there. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains. The rooms are good and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food at the Zodiac restaurant was amazing and the buffet had a lot to offer. Deepika from the Food & Beverage team was very helpful and always made sure everything went well.

The trip was great! At the property, all the staff were excellent! The service, the hotel, food, ambience, facility, everything was really good. At the restaurant, Deepika helped us every time we needed something. We believe food makes every trip worth it, the f&b catered to our needs with a smile on our face. There was live music as well, which was great!

I stayed in fortune Park for 3 nights and Everything was excellent.Breakfast was awesome.They had lot of options in breakfast.My daughter really enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool.outdoor seating for live evening snacks were excellent,balcony view was marvellous and rooms were spacious and clean.kids play area was excellent.overall you will get everything under one roof.My stay was10/10

We stayed at this property from 23rd May through 26th May. Impressed with the hotel overall. Spacious rooms - clean and comfortable. Abhishek took good care of us in the dining area. Enjoyed an evening in the terrace with fun and games. Breathtaking views of the valley from here!

We had good time at Fortune, Dalhousie - the hotel itself is atba picturesque place offering good views. The room has a good view. F&B staff was very cordial. After some initial hiccups in check-in , Aditri/ Aditi handled it very well with her calmness. Thanking Deepika and Ramandeep from F&B team.

The stay was excellent. Location was awesome in the nature. Room and washroom were excellent. Food quality and services were good. Services extended by Abhishek, Deepika & Mohit were excellent. Would love to revisit. Reception at arrival was Excellent even in late night.

We travelled to Dalhousie on 23rd June 2023 for a short vacation away from the scorching heat of Delhi. The check-in process was efficient and welcoming. We were greeted by friendly staff who quickly processed our reservation and provided useful information about the hotel’s amenities. Fortune Park is conveniently located away from the city, within a small distance of major attractions, shops, and public transportation. We found it very easy to explore the city from this location. The hotel’s restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options for breakfast and dinner. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of fresh, local ingredients. Our room's balcony offered a panoramic view. Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Our stay at ITC Fortune Park was exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location made our vacation memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Fortune Park for anyone visiting the city. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, making it well worth the cost. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.
