I booked a prepaid stay at this hotel, including breakfast, but due to a last-minute transportation cancellation, I had to cancel my reservation. I spoke with 3 different hotel representatives over the phone, and they all assured me that cancellation would not be a problem given the circumstances. However, when I followed up, the hotel refused to refund or modify my prepaid booking. Despite my polite requests and explanations, the hotel was only interested in taking my money without providing any service or accommodation. They kept delaying a decision and ultimately told me that the prepaid booking could not be changed or canceled. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from what is supposed to be a 5-star establishment. I ended up paying completely out of pocket for a stay that never happened, all because the hotel prioritized keeping my money over addressing my valid situation and requests. I would strongly caution anyone from booking with this hotel, as their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not seem to value their guests or act in good faith. An absolutely pathetic experience overall!

Put the sign on the bed to change bed sheet BUT never change ? ? ? Shower gel etc. also never top up ? ? ?

So far good location. BUT not much choice on food hope can improve the food menu

It was a very comfortable hotel. I recommend it. The rooms were clean and the front desk service was excellent. It will reduce stress during your stay in India.

I study in Chandigarh University so I regularly keep visiting Chandigarh for weekend fun but it was my first stay at Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk and it turned out to be a truly enjoyable experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, immediately making me feel welcome. As I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the Porsche car center, which added a luxurious touch to the hotel's atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The bed was cozy, and the overall setup made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Special thanks to Miksha and Anshika at the lobby, who were very helpful in explaining everything and making my stay even more comfortable. The cafeteria was quiet, clean, and provided a pleasant dining experience. I enjoyed French fries, sandwiches, and waffles, all of which were delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay in Chandigarh.

Amazing hotel for the price point. Exceptional check in, service, super friendly staff who are willing to assist promptly. Will stay again, highly recommend! And the breakfast buffet was beyond expectations! Lobby was beautiful to hang out and take great photos!

Saty was comfy . Rooms were nice and comfortable staff out here very polite and welcoming Ravneet and Garima were very helpful breakfast was very nice with many options and were very tasty would surely come back and recommend it to others……❤️

This was my 1st stay in Novotel Chandigarh and I really like this place . All of the staff were great as polite . Ravneet Shadan Garima were very sweet ..... Food was outstanding. My experience was good . Surely come back and recommend to other.
