It is very conveniently located. The apartment is spacious and staff are courteous. The gym room is a bit small and outdated. The pool is fine, and it is indoor with jacuzzi. The sauna room is not hot enough. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location in CBD, close to everything. The apartment needs renovation, bathrooms are worn out, and the floor in the master bedroom room is crooked. Great service, we will come back again.

Great view and service. Only complain was the room delayed for 2 hrs but they did compensate w late checkout. We were not informed one of the rooms aircon was spoiled until we complained and got compensated w a fan. It was weird that one controller control all the rooms aircon as well

Location is good. We have group of 7 people, stay 5 nights, they only provide one time cleaning on day 4, on this house keeping they forgot to clean up master bed room and toilet, they explained because of some personal stuffs in master bed so they didn’t clean it but not sure why they don’t clean the toilet. Besides, they forgot to refill some towels, box tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, body washes and tea bag which supposed should refill automatically during house keeping. But hotel will send anything that missing when we call.

We went there specifically for the view, but the front desk, seeing we were Chinese, assigned us a room on the 63rd floor with a severely obstructed view. Everyone should avoid the 63rd floor; you can't see anything from the living room, you have to stand up to see anything. For us, it was a complete waste of money; the view is what we paid for, and we should get compensation! They were all smiles and bows to white people, escorting them to the elevator, but to us, they were just giving us the cold shoulder. We had to find our way around the elevator ourselves 😊. The view was terrible. Our $200 deposit still hasn't been refunded after a week. We paid with an Australian credit card, which is not only slow but also directly deducted from our deposit. I've never seen a hotel in Australia deduct money like this before; usually, it's pending and refunded directly. It's ridiculous. These are all video screenshots; come at me if you disagree 😊.

We booked a suite room for a family trip of 3 nights and 4 days. The view from the room was nice, but when we booked, we requested a room away from the elevator, but for some reason we were given the room right next door. The Asian female staff member at check-in was nice, but the others were generally cold. (They smile and talk a lot with local white people, so maybe it's just my imagination?) They also didn't provide any cleaning or slippers, and towels were only changed if we requested them, so maybe it's just my own greed to want them to treat us like they do in Japan.

The location is very convenient (there is a shopping mall and supermarket downstairs) and the transportation is very convenient

The room was very clean and tidy, very good, the front desk service was very good! The view was great, the location was very good, and it was a very suitable place to stay for Citywalk.

The apartment is in a great location. 20 minutes from the airport. 3 minutes walk to Chinatown. If you walk to the city, it is very close to various attractions. The Horizon Two-Bedroom Apartment is on the 76th floor. The view and scenery are great. There are dedicated washing machines and dryers, which are suitable for long-distance travel and business trips. It rained a few days during my stay, and I felt like I was sleeping in the clouds every morning when I woke up (it is indeed a feature of high floors). It is recommended for family travel. The kitchen is fully equipped and it is very convenient to cook by yourself.
