The bedding was soft and comfortable; even I, someone who's sensitive to new beds, slept soundly all night. There was also a smart room control system; the lights, curtains, and air conditioning could all be controlled with a single button, giving it a high-tech feel and making the stay incredibly convenient. The service was attentive and thoughtful: From check-in at the front desk, you could feel the staff's enthusiasm. They were not only efficient but also patiently answered all my questions and recommended fun places and good restaurants nearby. During my stay, I accidentally left my charger in my room. I called the front desk, and the staff quickly found it and thoughtfully brought it to me – I was so grateful!
