This hotel is surprisingly great, from service to hotel facilities. They upgrade my room to a bigger room and it was nice. I called for laundry service and it was also quick to respond. I had Japanese food on the 6 floor it was nice too.

The service staff is quite good. The lobby is empty and there is no rest area. The room is clean. The only downside is that the room is too close to the road. The noise of vehicles is heard all night long, which is very noisy. When checking in, I emphasized that I should not stay in a room too close to the road because I was afraid of the noise. The front desk said that it was okay and would try to arrange it, but it was still very noisy. I didn't rest well at all. In general, if there is a room type that is not close to the road, I will continue to stay.
