房間是老酒店改造的，訂房圖看着還行，但是進房間之後整體感覺很臟，
牆壁印子很多，壁龕灰塵很多。
窗户看着不乾淨透亮，下面墊子也很臟各種印記。
兩把毛絨椅子除了有臟印子之外還有一個的腿短了，坐着不穩。
床邊的兩個牀頭櫃因為是白色的，很多印記沒有擦掉。
再説回投影儀，我看平台説是24年新上的，24年投影儀已經不算貴了，畫質是480P720P這樣，總之挺失望的。
燈光設計方面沒有開關可以控制發出微光， 任何一個開關都會影響到觀影效果。
洗手間是老式風格，中規中矩，但走過去會有異味，排氣系統不好。

不過百的價格住上這樣的酒店，十分超出預期，酒店乾淨衞生，有投影儀和專屬停車場，自駕友好，保安師傅會提前幫我們聯繫擋住我們的車主挪車，酒店就在常德步行街街頭，地理位置優越，剛入住聽到樓下ktv 聲音還有點顧慮，但是十點多準備入睡時樓下已經沒啥聲音了，到了晚上還是很安靜的。

設施齊全，乾淨衞生，酒店有自己的停車場停車方便。周邊就是商業區步行街，吃飯購物都十分便利！廁所木質門有些老化，開關不便。周圍有卡拉OK，晚上很吵，太影響睡眠。不怕吵能睡着的可以來。

第一次來常德這個城市，讓我一整個愛住了。
最讓我滿意的就是住宿了，在網上看了好幾家後選擇了花之築，我敢説這是我最滿意的一次入住體驗了。
首先就是住宿環境，乾淨，簡約，温馨，一整個人特別舒適的感覺，跟回家了一樣。
還有就是床真的特別特別軟，躺下整個人都陷進棉花裏了一樣，睡眠質量拉滿了。
旁邊就是步行街出行，美食，娛樂應有盡有，還在沅江旁，吃完飯去江邊散步，別提有多愜意了。
最後就是性價比很高，同價比找不到第二家了，還有服務態度很好，因為要趕晚上的火車，讓前台幫忙存行李，人家很客氣的幫忙了。雖然酒店沒義務，但是這就是做生意的態度吧。
最後就祝店家生意興隆吧，（以後來鎖死這家了，我可沒有受賄哦，純本人內心感受）
看那麼多不如親自體驗一下！

設施：新裝修的，不錯，房間很大，洗澡熱水充足。
衞生：乾淨。
環境：交通方便，免費停車，適合自駕。
服務：入住離店方便快捷；洗澡間沒有沐浴露洗頭水，聯繫客服很長時間才解決。

房間很乾凈，客服給力，房間有地毯，周邊就是步行街很方便，設備齊全。過去跑馬拉松比賽的，退房時間能到14點這點很給力。全馬基本需要4小時以上，回來沖涼就到下午了。給酒店點贊👍。
