酒店是無高爾夫球場配備的，設施可謂一流，周邊環境、空氣都很好，閑暇散步的好地方，位置比較偏，遠離城市，晚上安靜。房間很大，設施有些年頭了，管理人員、服務人員都較少。不想在酒店用餐，需要開車到外面去吃。早餐食品還算豐富。

高速路下來沒多遠，酒店在天鵝灣度假別墅區裏，主要是高爾夫球場，度假還是非常不錯，環境安靜。

就在常德桃花源球場內，房間大，夏天地下一層房間有點潮濕，早餐簡單。去去市中心叫車不方便，家裡1公里左右有家地方特色餐廳，味道不錯。

房間很大很寬敞，空氣很新鮮，酒店在別墅區內很安靜，唯一的缺點就是衞生間和洗澡間是透明玻璃的，無私隱可言，如果能夠用磨砂玻璃就好了。
