老闆人很好 房間是自己選噠 衞生打掃的很乾凈 房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，入住放心，民宿在文理後街,周邊交通出行方便，隔音還不錯

房間一般，但價格這麼實惠，對房間也沒啥高要求了，衞生，洗浴設施都可以，完全滿足一般使用需求。主要是這家店出來就是小吃一條街啊，對吃貨來説選擇不要太多。出門交通也很方便。總體很滿意的。

房間雖小，五臟俱全，該有的基本都有。
性價比如此高得住宿，我個人無法對它提出過於苛刻的要求，一晚上住下來，也挺好的。
該旅社有交按金一百，空調使用費二十.一晚的要求（不開🈚️使用費），就這房價，收取的空調費，我個人是可以理解並接受的哈。退房時按金已退。
最後㊗️老闆生意興隆，財源廣進。

不錯的體驗，旁邊就是大學，還有一條美食街。性價比非常高，在這樣的地段#位置交通就在大學旁邊嗯，很方便#停車有小院可以停車#房間景觀很舒適的一個佈局。#床睡起來非常舒服，很乾凈#性價比超級高，我出來旅行的這麼久，住過性價比最高的酒店#房間設施該有的都有，全部都很齊全，很新穎，很方便#衞生乾淨整潔#服務太好了，我的耳機忘在房間裏，後面還是那個工作人員提醒我。

老闆人特別好，這家店重新裝修了一下，環境不錯，外面有個小院子，可以拍照打卡、喝茶，價格也特別的便宜，推薦👍

首先位置比較好 樓下就是小吃街 價格也不錯 老闆人很好 服務態度很不錯 衞生一般般有些地方還是有點 床有點硬 而且晚上睡覺蚊子巨多 隔音效果不是很好 一個人住還可以兩個人還是定貴點的

房間和服務都很可以，畢竟這個價格擺在這了吧，不要要求太高，我也衹是休息一晚上。衹不過提一個建議，就是房間和房間廁所可以買一些香薰或者驅蚊的香點着，晚上蚊子真的太多了，點了一根不頂用，我也沒有打火機點不着酒店給的蚊香。如果能提前驅蚊就好了，順帶也把廁所味道解決了。
其他問題就沒啥了，附近很多這種小賓館，比他們家好的有，但也有很多更便宜也更差的，總體來説這樣便宜過一晚我還是滿意的。
