定的湖景雙床房，到賓館後競説沒有房間了，然後經理態度十分傲慢地施捨你兩張1719.1720兩張大床房，但那是施工的工作間旁，根本不能住人！又和男經理協調，換了一間標間，然後房卡競刷不了所入樓層，在電梯來回三趟就是上不了想上的樓層，最後五樓吧枱告訴你從旁邊小電梯可以上。定了兩晚的房間，第二天晚上回來競説你下樓重新刷一下卡吧！無語！
長興很好！景色很美！這家賓館直接拉低長興的營商和旅遊環境！！！

酒店前台在5樓，房間在16樓，應該是在一個寫字樓裏，設施該有的都有，衞生也比較乾淨，唯一不舒服的是外賣不給送上來，這個很討厭。

房間很寬敞，投影儀大屏幕躺着看電影很舒服。
酒店位置也很便利，下面就是利時廣場，吃飯很方便。很適合商務出行。

差評情況:房間內床邊凳子上有垃圾，床底有拖鞋煙頭，窗口有死蒼蠅，鏡燈是壞的，房間門口有煙頭檳榔外包裝袋子等垃圾未清理。電視機無法看電視，房內無電話，聯繫前台需要走去前台。是一般偏下的酒店，論如此設施酒店房間價值衹能在150元以下。

房間很大30多平米，乾淨衞生，洗澡熱水很沖，樓下商廈二層餐廳很多，外婆家，必勝客快餐都有，很好值得推薦。

整體挺不錯的，值得推薦，附近還有商場。交通便利!房間挺寬敞的，感覺40個平方，衞生也不錯，18層，晚上景色好看，唯一的是沒有早餐，不過，這個價格能住到這樣的房間，真的很棒

非常爛的一個酒店，電梯爛，衞生差，環境臟，房間裏還沒有電話，和前台聯繫還要用手機，還在房間裏發現了一個骰子，台盆這也都是頭髮，停車還要收費，大樓感覺就是爛尾樓，樓道里臟的不得了！
