Location is very convenient, just opposite the west lake garden, and 10 minutes walking distance to old town. The furnishings maintained very well. Good services provided, such as free laundry, and daily free herb tea and dessert at lobby. I like the room decoration, matching well with the local style. The breakfast buffet has a great variety, the staff are very polite and helpful, upgraded my room type without charge. Will stay again if visit next time!

The Front Office staff are helpful and courteous. The ladies are willing to assist especially booking for taxi. They will assist to check to ensure the locations we booked are correct.

The hotel is excellent. It is very clean and breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly. Ancient city tourism site is also close and very beautiful.

The hotel location is very convenient, close to Pai Fang Jie, Guang Ji Qiao and Chao Zhou Gu Cheng. Cross street is the West Lake Park. From our room, we can see the lake with nice view. The room is big and elegant. The breakfast has variety of choices and is very tasty. The service is good and it has free laundry service. Overall, we have a great experience and will stay this hotel again.

Ii recently had the pleasure of staying at Hans XiHu for a three-day trip, and I am thrilled to say that we made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic experience. First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

Great location next to the lake and close to other attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice Chinese style breakfast.

Coming to Chaozhou for the first time to check out the suitability for family travel. The hotel’s service is superb and the team always makes you feel welcome, from arrival to departure. They make sure they are connected with you on WeChat or mobile, so that you can contact them whenever and wherever (which is good for introverts who prefer not to speak face to face). The location is just directly opposite West Lake (西湖), and in the morning there is a small fruit market outside. It is walkable to 西马路，牌坊街，开元寺，广济桥 around 15-20min walk, but of course, you can take Didi or one of the trishaws outside the hotel. Even though it is not luxurious, what I love about this hotel is that I can leave without dirty clothes, because they offer dry cleaning services for unlimited pieces of clothing, once per day (till 22:00).

The reception girls ie. Front desk ladies (especially the night shift front desk ladies) were super helpful and attentive. Super customer centric and emphatatic to foreign guests like us. Very courteous and helped in our short but eventful trip to chaozhou city. They showed us the lounge for guests to experience chaozhou's exquisite teas & evening nightcap/supper, etc. Will definitely come back to stay with hansi because of their amazing guest experience. Perfect location and clean hotel, well upkept by all the "ahyis" & they helped clean our clothes to allow us to continue our travels to the next city in comfort - world class lah! Highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately rooms in the old city aren't the cheapest. I suppose I would have to look at hotels elsewhere if I was hoping to save some pennies. I was impressed with every staff in the hotel though I wasn't with the room rates. They were warm and helpful in every way. I couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was a letdown though but I wasn't there to eat. More interesting food was just across the street.

The location is good, opposite xihu lake, surrounding with plenty of restaurant and convenient store. The reception also offers list of recommended restaurant. The check in process if good quick and smooth. The hotel offer free choices of tea and dessert at the lobby. The room is clean and bigger than expected. In the morning around 7 o'clock there is small morning market in front of the hotel, you can find fresh fruit and vegetable. The hotel also offer free laundry 10 pcs per room. Breakfast is good, although not many choice but all taste good. The Breakfast restaurant is a bit small, you need to come earlier. If I have a chance to visit Chaozhou, I definitely stay there again.

Location is a bit far (over 1 km) from the visitors' attractions. Should not let guests be misled.

Great location with walkable distance to many sight seeing areas. Clean and modern and yet culturally decorated. Service is top notch and super friendly. Lobby even has multiple types of tea to try and enjoy in the lounge area. Highly recommend on
