十一剛開的酒店！也太棒了吧！
全是新的裝扮，卻沒有任何異味
馬桶和窗簾都是智能的，電視機也賊大
離古城也就1km左右，交通很好，周邊小吃特別多！
體驗感非常棒！走之前老闆還請我們喝了茶哈哈哈

酒店特別乾淨衞生，服務也很好，剛好遇到酒店開業試業中。酒店還有一個特別可愛的智能機器人小格林，當晚去入住就體驗了讓小格林帶領我們去房間，點擊房間號碼後小格林就會自動去電梯門口，和電梯感應，我們就一路跟在小格林身後，不需要按電梯關電梯，絕絕子～
房間還有一個智能坐廁，吹風機也好看，房間佈滿暖心的小細節～可去感受一下喲～下次過去還是訂這家
早餐問題：我是沒有含早餐，但由於在市區，酒店對面就有粿條，腸粉，麪包可以購買，絕絕子～
停車場：酒店再往前一點的左手邊有一個很大的露天智慧停車場，建議不要停在黃色車線那裡喲，有寫不讓外來車輛停放，最好停在石灘的停車場～不用擔心費用，退房後在前台掃停車券領取即可喲

我想請問是什麼規定：在攜程訂房退房時間規定為12點，直接在酒店辦理入住的2點退房，在攜程訂房的辦理會員需➕30元，直接在酒店辦理會員的➕1元，商家這麼有本事那就不要掛在攜程上讓客户訂房呀，直接招自來客就好了呀，新開張的，服務不怎麼樣，衞生不怎麼樣，那個自稱酒店經理的人更不怎麼樣！

樓下是有停車場，但是比較適合緊湊型的車型進出，我們是停好了車之後打車出行的，這家酒店很新，門口的開業花籃都還在，我們對店家的服務態度非常滿意，甚至是下次去還會再定這家，不過我有點小建議，不知道是酒店本身沒有還是忘記放置一些東西，反正我是自己沒有去找前台要，倒不是他們不給 第一沒有多放一卷備用的廁紙，我們入住時原來那捲已經剩很少，第二沒有準備薄一點的被子，酒店備的被子太暖了有點熱，第三沒有一次性袋子，可以裝起沒有臟的衣物

格林豪泰（潮州古城店）商務雙床房大概有40平方，很寬敞，也很乾凈，服務員小秋、小青、小慶都很熱情，也很真誠，給客人留下賓至如賓的感覺。早餐由客人自已動手煎蛋、煮麪，小孩開心極了！

房間的造型有點快，中間一個很大的換氣燈出現的很突兀，整體房間比較暗。因為是家庭房，給的座位或者説置物的位置明顯不夠。因為在一個小島上，打車確實比較麻煩。
設施：衞生間洗手枱的水龍頭設定很不合理，太低，一定要彎腰才能用。馬桶邊上的紙卷桶竟然在左手邊，這是哪個傢伙設計，你是慣用手左手嗎？淋浴房防滑墊沒有，也沒有專門的塑料拖鞋
衞生：還行吧，沒發現什麼問題
環境：整體比較壓抑
服務：這個還可以。

週末自駕來潮州旅遊，隨意定了這家酒店，結果遠超預期。房間很寬敞，裝修有格調，設施很新，邊角都一塵不染，居住起來非常舒適。前台小潔、小羅、小青態度非常好，很細心很耐心，還贈送了早餐券，早餐品種豐富口味很好，停車場也很方便，距離古城很近，總之非常喜歡這家酒店， 💯強烈推薦，以後如果再來潮州就認準這家酒店啦！
