"I booked a hotel through Ctrip for the first time when I went back to my hometown for the National Day holiday. The next morning, Ctrip customer service called several times but I didn't answer. Just after I finished my housework at noon, I received a call from customer service. They told me that the hotel I had booked was full, and they would help me change to the Vienna Hotel and cover the price difference of more than 200 yuan. "First, the good points: First, parking is convenient, which is great for those traveling by car; second, the front desk staff were very welcoming, and when I mentioned that the number 36 is considered unlucky in our area, they quickly helped me change rooms; third, breakfast and shopping are very convenient, there are breakfast shops nearby, a busy snack bar downstairs, and a shopping plaza is just 800 meters away; fourth, it's very quiet with excellent soundproofing. There are also some drawbacks: the hotel facilities are relatively old, and the room had a slight odor, but considering the price, it's acceptable. PS: I won't post pictures; this is a genuine, objective review."

Service: Trip.com For the room booked on the front desk, the deposit was required at check-in and refunded when checking out."
