"Strategically located at the city center of Yixing, it is accessible to the busy pedestrian walk, shops, restaurants, markets nearby within 5-10 mins walking distance. Hotel staff on duty during our stay were friendly and readily helpful. It undoubtedly is the First choice for overseas travelers landed here if accessibility, facilities, cleanliness are their prime consideration. Big Thumbs up to the young ladies at the reception who introduced us the famous local landmarks and their help in e-hailing transport that we needed."

"Five-star review! Yixing Kiln Resort is truly unique, with a strong purple clay culture atmosphere. Yueyue's service was attentive and thoughtful, making for a great experience. The guest rooms are bright and clean. The shuttle bus to and from the scenic area is very convenient, and the breakfast is rich and varied. You can even try pottery making in the purple clay experience classroom. The environment is quiet and comfortable – it’s a top choice for a short getaway and offers excellent value for money! The hotel is luxurious, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. It's the most comfortable triple room I've ever stayed in, perfect for traveling with a child. Every corner offers a beautiful view, great for photos. There's a wide variety of activities to choose from. The dedicated shuttle service to Yaohu Town is very convenient. It was too hot to explore the town during the day in summer, so we only rode the small train, but the evening water show and fireworks display were definitely worth seeing."

"The ¥300+ double room with two breakfasts, bathtub, and swimming pool felt like a great deal. Everyone was very welcoming, check-in was smooth and quick, and they even gave the kids a small gift. We were especially grateful to Uncle Tan at the door, who helped us carry our luggage to the room and then helped us put it in the car when we left. Our trip to Yixing went very smoothly; we had a great time shopping and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the ¥48 breakfast for the kids, which was a little pricey, but the breakfast environment was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The wontons were very tasty and delicious."

"The room is very large and clean, Atour new version of the hotel, bring children to play on weekends, the check-in experience is good, the front desk service is very warm, the hotel breakfast is rich, the bean residue rolls are delicious 😄, the front desk lady also gave the children a small gift 🎁, the children are very happy 👻, I will continue to choose here next time!"

"The room was very spacious and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even had hand-drip coffee in it! What a delightful surprise! The only downside was that the lights at the sink and in the bathroom could only be switched on and off together, which was a bit inconvenient at night. There were charging stations in the parking lot, making it convenient for electric vehicles and drivers. It's very close to the Yaohan Department Store and not far from Tao Erchang Ancient South Street. Very convenient."

"The hotel is very new and elegantly furnished. Due to low season, our room was upgraded. Location wise, the hotel was 1 km away from a Yaohan mall with a big supermarket and lots of food options. Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us."

"Clean and tidy, good service, is the biggest feature of the hotel. Especially the supervisor of the hotel, very warm, thoughtful, considerate, and even more surprising is that when eating breakfast, she is still helping to clean up the tableware in the restaurant. I really love the store like home! Breakfast can be said to be very good in a three-star hotel."

"This stay in the train-themed room at Yixing Lanyun Valley was such a delightful surprise! I initially thought it was just a themed design, but it turned out to be a converted real train carriage, complete with tracks and a carriage on the exterior, while the interior was cozy and comfortable. The kids were screaming with excitement! The room was fully equipped, even featuring a balcony and a soaking tub – a truly exceptional experience. The hotel boasts stunning mountain and lake views, nestled against Baima Mountain and facing Yangxian Lake. The scenery is breathtaking; every shot is a masterpiece, far surpassing many scenic spots. We had a wonderful time here with friends. The air was fresh, the environment tranquil, and every corner was picturesque. Perfect for families and vacations, highly recommended! You absolutely must try the train room – it's unforgettable!"

"Pretty good. The hotel is large, and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety. The resort area is well-established with plenty of activities and entertainment. It's definitely worth a second visit! Our butler, Tiffany, was incredibly warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The only issues were the crowded parking and the limited number of shuttle buses, which caused some queues."

"The welcome fruit was a nice touch. All the hotel staff were very friendly. Our butler, Lisa, gave us some great tips for exploring, and we really appreciated her thoughtful care. The location is excellent, right in the town center, so it was easy to pop back and rest when we got tired from walking around. There's a dedicated hotel shuttle service. I used it once, departing from the hotel, and had to wait a bit in line. The duvet felt like a winter one? I set the A/C to 22 degrees, but it still got a bit warm in the middle of the night. I didn't feel comfortable asking the front desk for a thinner blanket (and wasn't sure if they even had one). Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the complimentary photography voucher because our itinerary was too packed, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, I'd still give it a high rating and would recommend it."
