"The hotel has its own parking area with plenty of spaces, including many near the elevators, which makes parking very convenient. However, there are no EV charging stations yet. The surrounding amenities are good, and while the room isn't huge, it's well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel contacts guests in advance to confirm bookings, and any issues during the stay are promptly handled, so the service attitude is very good. The laundry room has three washing machines and three dryers, making it quite convenient to use. Breakfast is standard. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The room was very spacious and the service was excellent 👍. They even offered free laundry service. The breakfast was plentiful with many delicious local specialties, and it was served until 12 PM 👍. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks were also provided. Upon checkout, they thoughtfully offered seasonal floral tea to take away. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit old, but I've already provided feedback to the hotel and they immediately replied that they would take my suggestions into consideration. Highly recommended."

" Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients."

"The hotel is luxurious with a grand design. I really loved the overall decor style of the guest rooms. The sky lobby on the 28th floor is particularly striking; it's spacious, high, and simply exudes luxury. The disposable amenities in the room were very comprehensive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also received a welcome fruit platter upon check-in, which had a great variety of fruits. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and polite. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance."

"The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Despite language barriers, everyone we encountered was friendly, patient and genuinely eager to help. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who went far beyond what could reasonably be expected. When we were struggling with transport arrangements, he personally offered assistance and ultimately drove us to the train station himself. Only afterwards did we discover that he was actually the hotel manager, not a driver. He refused any payment and demonstrated a level of hospitality and generosity that left a lasting impression on our family. The staff also helped us order food delivery using local apps that were difficult for us as foreign visitors to navigate, communicating through translation apps whenever necessary. The hotel is conveniently located beside the Olympic Sports Centre, which was ideal for our visit to the Asian Gymnastics Championships. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, there were several aspects of the stay that prevented it from feeling truly comfortable. The surrounding area felt unusually quiet, with many restaurants and commercial spaces appearing closed, giving parts of the district a somewhat deserted atmosphere. Dining options were limited, and finding lunch or dinner nearby was often challenging. The rooms, while large, had relatively small windows, which meant there was not much natural light. The air conditioning sometimes struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have liked, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. The beds were extremely firm, and each guest was provided with only one fairly hard pillow. Some travellers may appreciate a very firm mattress, but we found it a little uncomfortable for a longer stay. Also, we were only provided with 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us sharing a room. Overall, this is a hotel with exceptional staff and a convenient location for events at the Sports Centre. While the accommodation itself fell short of our expectations in several areas, the kindness and professionalism of the staff left us with positive memories of our visit."

"Not far from the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for transportation. It's quiet, has a garden in front, and a wine culture museum across the street. The garden plaza features 'Bai Jia Xing' (hundred family names) sealed wine jars, where everyone can find their own surname. It has a very distinctive local character. The price is affordable and breakfast is included, though the room is a bit small."

"I absolutely love Atour's breakfast buffet – it has a great variety of dishes and tastes just like home cooking, which is perfect for fueling up before heading out for the day. The room is spacious with soft lighting, and after a long day of traveling, just lying on the bed is incredibly relaxing. Jiang Lai's service was super friendly; she always greeted me with a smile, which I really appreciated. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize Atour for future trips."

What's even rarer is the genuine hospitality I felt from the moment I entered the lobby—from the front desk's sincere smile to the natural greetings and timely assistance from every staff member throughout my stay. "Staying with kids was a 10/10 experience! The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, with great soundproofing, so no worries about noise. The hotel amenities are excellent, including some small facilities for children, and the breakfast spread is diverse with plenty of kid-friendly pastries. The staff at Cailin were very patient with the children, and the surrounding area is convenient for activities. Staying here with kids was stress-free and comfortable. Highly recommend for family trips!"

"The room is very spacious. I originally booked a parent-child room (one large bed and one small bed), but the receptionist was very welcoming and upgraded it to a free room (two large beds). The children enjoyed their stay! The hotel is very convenient. There is a night market, a food court, and basically all your favorite drink shops!"
