Candeo Hotels Kobe Tor Road Reviews

The room was excellent. It's rare to find hotels with sofas in Japan, and the breakfast was superb. You can even choose your own breakfast time. It's only 230 meters to the station, and there's a shopping street right outside the door. Plus, it's a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach in the evening.

I've stayed at Candeo Hotels several times across Japan before. Candeo Hotels always have excellent locations. The Candeo Kobe this time was also in a great spot, making it convenient to get anywhere in Kobe. What I love most about Candeo Hotels is that they all have rooftop onsens for bathing. Basically, you can do all your showering and bathing upstairs, so the bathroom in the room is largely unnecessary. The room wasn't huge, but it was already above the average size for Japan. I highly recommend this one in Kobe.

Great location, close to the station and shopping malls. Most importantly, there are so many delicious food options nearby. Plus, there's a hot spring on the top floor and a fully automatic washer-dryer. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff could communicate in English, and they even offered free breakfast, which was a nice touch. I recommend asking the hotel in advance for a room with a nice view, otherwise, you might end up like me... pulling back the curtains to a cement wall.

The air conditioning in the corner room on the 9th floor had a strange, intermittent loud gurgling sound. However, I was so tired from sightseeing that I slept soundly, so it didn't really affect my sleep much. People who are light sleepers should be aware of this. Everything else was perfectly fine though!

very good location and very good outdoor spa with good view and fresh air and good breakfast with nice Mountain View and helpful front desk to help me with earlier check in in order to take a good nap due to midnight flight!

Excellent hotel! I left something behind, and they confirmed via email that they would send it back to me via international express delivery, which was a huge help. The hot springs are also great!

I didn't expect a Japanese hotel room to have such a big bed – it really exceeded my expectations! Plus, there's a rooftop onsen, and both the environment and hygiene are excellent. What's even better is the location; Sannomiya Center Gai is right downstairs. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Kobe.

Although the room was small, it was well-designed. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making shopping and commuting very convenient. The rooftop hot spring is incredibly relaxing, especially the outdoor pool with its unique feature of allowing you to gaze at the sky. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the environment was elegant.

location is right in the city, just a station from sannomiya. hotel is clean. the room is rather small. love the spa at the. roof top. the. service is ok. there is no parking at hotel so i had to use the public one.

You really don't have to worry about the environment and hygiene here; everything is very clean. Across the street downstairs, there's a food court, and to the side, a small commercial street. Shopping is super convenient, just head downstairs.

The hotel facility, the public pools the location are top class. The staff nevertheless are less professional.
