Nice location as its close to the square where you can stroll at night.. However, the room was so small, and very noisy, we hear the conversation from the room next to us.. breakfast- not much choices..

Great location with helpful staff

The staff was telling us our room is not big enough for 2 adults + 1 kid , but actually we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults & 1 kid. And the bed is big enough for even 3 adults. So he asked me to cancel the booking and rebook it in the hotel. Of course, we have to add 200 dirhams. We only have warm water to do shower. Toilet is small. Air-con is all in Chinese not working properly. Buffet breakfast is really bad in quality & choices. We rather pay money to eat outside. The only thing we like this hotel is view but you won’t be able to enjoy good food. So there is no point to come again.

It is said that this is the best hotel in Chefchaouen, but our experience could not be worse. The facilities are only at the level of a domestic guest house. The bath water is not hot. The most annoying thing is that we were asked to wait for dinner after we ordered. It took about 15 minutes for the food to be served, but it took an hour and a half for it to arrive, not even an apology or explanation! If I didn't have the reception capacity, I would have told him earlier. Every time I asked, I had to wait again, and it ended up taking an hour and a half! The breakfast was also very poor, there was nothing to eat!

We liked our room it was spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly. One thing we didn’t like was the hot water in the evening that wasn’t hot enough for taking shower. In the morning the water was good.

Beautiful Hotel, near everything you need . Luxury rooms with great city view from terrace . Very friendly Staff. Well recommend Hotel, the best in Chefchaouen!
