The hotel is in a convenient location , it was easy to get to the city center and to the most important attractions. The room was not clean enough , there was dust everywhere. The hair dryer didn’t work in the bathroom. The doors of wardrobe’s didn’t have any handles . The faucet was broken . The beakfast had only a very little variety of Chinese food and nothing western despite being an international hotel 😞.

房間和照片一樣，面積很大，一張兩米床一張一米三床，兩大一小一老住起來很富裕舒適。廁所面積也很大，在這個房型中浴缸和淋浴分別在廁所兩邊，屋裡還有兩張貴妃榻沙發，休息放衣服都很富裕。早餐種類不算特別多，但也算吃的舒服。

服務態度是真的差，酒店經理**透了，電視網絡壞了三次孩子吵着不睡覺，酒店不處理打電話問怎麼處理也從來不主動回電話，我説叫你們經理上來，也沒回復再去找經理告訴我經理下班了，要求換房間也不給換前台不敢説話就是不回不處理，7-9點的早飯8點下去啥也沒有了反而後廚人員把自己需要吃的早餐早早拿好了，還放在自己的廚具旁邊給顧客看？告訴我那是我們的自己的！這酒店服務態度真**，就這酒店大堂經理絕對跟老闆關係匪淺！
