This stay at Chengdu Kapok Hotel, Bella at the front desk left a particularly good impression with her service. During check-in, she spoke at a comfortable pace, clearly explaining the room facilities and breakfast times. She also specifically mentioned, 'Your floor is near MixC, so it's quite quiet at night. If you hear any noise, feel free to call the front desk anytime.' When checking out, I was a bit rushed while packing and left my charger on the bedside table. I had already reached the door when Bella came running out with the charger – much appreciated! There was nothing flashy throughout my stay, but every detail showed genuine care and thoughtfulness, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. Definitely deserves a perfect score!

For the price you pay it’s absolutely worth the money, the rooms are clean and housekeeping comes and clean your room and change bed sheets every day, it’s close to many delicious street food and restaurants so I highly recommend anyone who is travelling on a budget to book here.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel boasts a wonderful ambiance with beautiful views and plenty of lush greenery. Our room was excellent too – it had a stylish design and felt far from a typical business hotel. The pleasant aromatherapy scent in the room was a lovely touch. A fantastic and thoughtful perk was the complimentary Coke and Sprite in the mini-bar, with free refills available upon request. This level of guest-centric service made our stay very welcoming. They even went above and beyond by kindly upgrading our room.

The room is clean and well-equipped. I suggest putting a privacy screen in the bathroom, as the current one is too transparent.

Facilities: The hotel decoration is a bit like the all-seasons, very clean, and the room is also very spacious. It is worth mentioning that the mattress is very comfortable for King Koil to sleep on. This price is really amazing!  Environment: The transportation is very convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, and even only 15 minutes away from the panda base. Free parking is very good. The surrounding area is very quiet and not disturbed. Service: The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good and she speaks very gently. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are breakfast shops downstairs, which meets the basic needs of rest! I will patronize it next time.

The hotel should have been newly opened not long ago. The room decoration is still very new and there was no peculiar smell when checking in. The facilities are very complete, with curtain control switches, Xiaodu voice intelligent control system, and you can contact Xiaodu to contact the front desk, lights and TV. There is coffee and drinking water available in the lobby on the first floor. The service is still very enthusiastic and basically responsive to every request. The hotel is a commercial and residential building, sharing the same building with other hotels. The soundproofing in the room was OK when I checked in, except for the sound of water being used next door, but everything else was fine. In terms of cost performance, the new hotel is quite good. The hotel is located near Chengdu East Railway Station. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to get to the station. It is a good choice for those who want to catch the early bus to Sanxingdui and like newly renovated hotels. There is Wannianchang Station of Metro Line 8 nearby, and you can quickly transfer to Chunxi Road and Du Fu Thatched Cottage, which is super convenient. The hotel does not have a restaurant. For breakfast, there is a breakfast shop downstairs in the residential area, which is very OK.
