The owner is very nice. Price is cheap. Theres a small shopping mall close to the building. Theres washing machine and stove too.

PROS
- The manager of the apartment was extremely kind with us. He invited us too rest in a different room before our room was ready.
- They provide one-use towels and cleaning clothes.
- The apartment included a washing machine, a kettle and a fridge which were really useful for us.
- The manager offered us a plate and a knife.
- Communication with the owner was fluent and easy through WeChat.
- Views were great and the room was comfortable
CONS
- The experience would have been much better if they included glasses, plates, cutlery, cooking pots or pans. Unfortunately, any these things are provided so we couldn't use the cook.
- A curtain or glass wall in the shower would be great.
- We missed the option of direct private message to communicate with this place through trip.com Sometimes, only telephone number is shown and its hard to communicate with the places if we don't speak Chinese.

Service was excellent even though with limited English, it was not hard to communicate via WeChat and the owner was very helpful. Clean and quiet room. Strongly recommend staying here! It's 5min away by taxi to go to Chengdu zoo metro station and 20 min walk.

乾淨整潔，床和枕頭也很舒服，晚上睡覺很安靜，隔音效果很好，在小區裏面，1樓門口有值班人員一直在，出來遊玩住所經濟實惠，就是離地鐵站走路比較遠，我是來回掃電動車幾分鐘也很方便，走路的話要十幾二十分鐘吧
