The great part about my experience is wonderful check-in and check-out facilitated by秋一☺️ amazing support provided by him and very commendable! I was assigned to room in level 5, the housekeeping lady responsible for this level was also wonderful, very well kept room and very satisfied. But there are 2 areas that are disappointing. First is the laundry room lady. Despite drying for 60 minutes my clothing set is still damp, when I told the old auntie in laundry room, she gave an indifferent attitute and told me to dry in the room instead. Very rude when she spoke too. Second is the cigarette smell detected in the room at 6am+ in the morning, I’m allergic to it and felt very uncomfortable. These 2 incidents made me bring forward my check out date and switch to a different hotel.

excellent service; the front desk staffs are friendly and do their bests to assist you. Despite the fact that the hotel is new, the facilities require some maintenance. the shower enclosure seal is damaged which made the bathroom wet everywhere.
