Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi Road

This was my first time coming to Chengdu, and I had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The room was clean and bright, and customer service was very attentive. After checking out and leaving for a different city, I realized I had forgotten my ring in the room, and was able to get in contact with my hotel representative over Wechat. Our customer service contact, Audrey Wu, replied to me within minutes, confirming they had found my lost item, and had it express shipped to my next hotel. My item arrived within 24h and I was able to pick it up from a locker (similar to an Amazon pickup locker). The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the city center near IFS and Taikooli, making it super convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in a central location!

Attentive and friendly staff. Thanks front desk staff Ms Delta and other staffs. Your warm welcoming brighten up my day in Chengdu Room is clean and bed is comfortable. With Free self-service laundry which available 24 hrs. Perfect location, Bus, subway station and major attractions are all in a walking distance.

Good location and friendly staff. Near to Chunxi area which is the shopping street. Laundry facilities for washing and drying clothes. But when we were there in end October, they did not allow air conditioning in the room claiming that the weather is cold and the aircon is centralised and cannot be adjusted. We were told to open our windows instead. But that doesn’t help and the temperature within the room was too warm to be comfortable even at night. The weather when we were there wasn’t that cold enough to do away with air conditioning. This was the first time I come across a hotel without air conditioning.

It was a wonderful stay with impeccable services. The room is big and warm, giving us comfort after a day of touring. Breakfast is highly recommended. We will definitely come back if we are visiting Chengdu again.

Hotel front desk service was wonderful, I was helped by Ms. Delta Yang who assisted with the room. We were there after 3pm, the room wasn't ready yet so we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. There was good selection of food for breakfast, that included Western and Chinese cuisine. It was a short walk to the shopping area. Overall good service and good location made it well worth it.
