The hotel is hidden away in a back street in a residential area, which is quite difficult to find. In saying that, it is very quiet and near to a metro station which is very handy for sight seeing. The front desk staff are friendly and try their best to help. The hotel is decorated with cute Panda touches which I’m sure children would enjoy. Breakfast is not buffet style - you can choose Chinese or English - it is fine but lacks the range of foods you get in other hotels.We had issues with our door key card and had to move rooms for 1 night which was a slight inconvenience. Overall a quiet, quirky hotel- good if you want something different to a corporate high rise.

Fantastic stay, great location, a minute walking from the metro. The accommodation was fresh, modern and cute. No noise at night which was perfect. The reception was so friendly and helpful with everything, especially food recommendations. I would stay there again if I was visiting Chengdu, for sure. Highly recommended.

I came to Chengdu with my friends and stayed in this hotel. The hotel is very close to the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. The room is very clean. The staff is also very attentive. The room is cleaned every day. I highly recommend it☺️
