The hotel is hidden away in a back street in a residential area, which is quite difficult to find. In saying that, it is very quiet and near to a metro station which is very handy for sight seeing. The front desk staff are friendly and try their best to help. The hotel is decorated with cute Panda touches which I’m sure children would enjoy. Breakfast is not buffet style - you can choose Chinese or English - it is fine but lacks the range of foods you get in other hotels.We had issues with our door key card and had to move rooms for 1 night which was a slight inconvenience. Overall a quiet, quirky hotel- good if you want something different to a corporate high rise.

Fantastic stay, great location, a minute walking from the metro. The accommodation was fresh, modern and cute. No noise at night which was perfect. The reception was so friendly and helpful with everything, especially food recommendations. I would stay there again if I was visiting Chengdu, for sure. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a panda theme that children love. It is close to the subway entrance and is conveniently located near major attractions. The hotel has warm and thoughtful service, a clean and hygienic environment, and a rich and varied breakfast.

The hotel's own yard is perfect. I like the quiet environment in the bustling city. Free parking is very convenient. The mattress is comfortable. I didn't want to get up the next day.
