從步入酒店的那一刻，就被周到的服務暖到，工作人員笑容親切，主動幫忙提行李，辦理入住迅速又貼心。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨又有格調，細節之處盡顯品質，床品柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠。
酒店的早餐十分豐盛，中式美食一應俱全，味道超棒。位置也相當優越，周邊配套設施完善，出行便利。在這裏住的幾天，體驗感拉滿！必須給五顆星🌟 以後來這兒，全季酒店就是我的首選！

第一天入住房間進去就是一股臭味，下水道臭，當天晚上太累了，對付過去了。
第二天幫我們換了房間，結果晚上一點半，外賣送錯房間，機器人來敲門吵醒，我們收了外賣後放門口走廊，然後打電話告訴前台送錯外賣了，放走廊了。剛睡着…前台打電話過來問我們，有沒有人送錯外賣，各着電話是白打了。上個廁所馬桶又堵塞了，前台安排人過來看，結果處理不了，又安排給我們換一間。給我們調的15樓家庭房，我睡的那個床，空調出風口正對枕頭，差點沒把我吹成麪癱。沒法調風向的，那種固定的出風口，衹能起來關空調。真的是無力吐槽，趕緊退房走人，入住體驗極其差。
