Ayata Hotel(Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road)

This hotel has got to be one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at, and I truly mean that! Firstly, the design of the room was just so beautiful. The interior design was very well thought out and little details in the room gave it a nice touch; the curtains were automatic, and there was a coffee machine and even a Marshall speaker in our room which was insane! The cleanliness of the room was also very high. Service was also impeccable. Although the staff didn’t know much english, there was no problem with communication. Translation apps were used at the counter and we also kept in contact with them through WeChat, which had the auto translation feature. They helped us to set up our ******* to order food delivery, and there was even a robot that would come to our room to drop off the food! Staff also helped us out with laundry when we went out during the day, even folding and delivering it back to our room. Some cons though were that laundry machines were limited and the toilet was a bit difficult to use. However, we did address these issues to the hotel which they have reported and are planning to resolve promptly! Overall, i would highly highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Chengdu!!!

Initially we planned to stay for one night but enjoyed it so much and we extended our stay. Our experience overall was positive although there was an issue on persistent sewer gas smell from the toilet. Hotel staff helped us to move our luggage to another room and we are happy bcoz we got city view room and the design is great. When we couldn't get the TV remote to work, a staff member quickly came to our room and fixed it with minimal fuss. We were very pleased with the speed and quality service of thel laundry service. We received text notifications and updates throughout the process. The staff here were incredibly efficient, making our stay seamless and stress-free. We definitely will stay with Ayata Hotel on our next trip to Chengdu.

A friendly hotel, staff is helpful and they go to the extend to wash your clothes for free. Location is near to taikoo li, walking distance to train station. The only setback is their breakfast is very minimal.
