SPARK Kelly Full Suite Holiday Apartment (Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikooli Branch)

Avoid this place at all costs! 🚫 Our stay here was an absolute nightmare. When we arrived, it was already very late at night and, because of the time zone difference, we couldn’t change to another accommodation immediately. But as soon as we saw the conditions, we realized it was a huge mistake. The apartment was filthy and disgusting: • The bedsheet was stained with strange liquids. • The kitchen was a disaster — extractor fan covered in years of dirt, filthy cutlery, greasy stovetop, broken sink, and a refrigerator frozen solid with ice as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. • Cockroaches crawling in both the kitchen and bathroom. • The bathroom was full of mold, everywhere. • Damaged furniture, including a destroyed pouf shaped like a dog. To make it worse, when we contacted the manager, his only response was that he was “perplexed” and claimed the place was clean. Shockingly, we even met the previous guest who confirmed she had complained about the same problems! And at the end of everything, the owners considered all of this normal — as if cockroaches, mold, and dirt were acceptable conditions. They refused to offer any real solution. This was not only unacceptable for the price — it was traumatic. It ruined our time, our standards, and our peace of mind. Please, do yourself a favor and run away from this property. It is the worst experience we’ve ever had, and no guest should ever go through what we did.

Overall good experience. The host is very accommodating and helpful. He also speaks very good English. Will definitely recommend to stay here

Location is good. Only butler Da Xiong is good. The rest is not very helpful. Stay only if you dont mind staying at a rundown and not well maintained apartment. This stay make me understands that its better to only choose a hotel in the future when I go China
